I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged the full price of $12.99, so had to walk back in and do a full refund and repurchase it at the discounted price. That's fine, it happens. However, when I arrived home, I decided to peel off the price stickers to see the original price and it turns out it was originally $9.99 and they marked it up to $12.99 (with a missing lid) and then "put it on sale". So just be aware of checking your receipt.

We also saw a wonderful piece of wall art which we also asked about and they knocked about 25% off of it since we were buying other stuff. The prices are expensive if you're used to buying at American Furniture Warehouse, and they're astronomical if you're used to buying IKEA particle board stuff. But, you get what you pay for. Now that most of the kids are gone, we want to start getting good stuff, and that's what we got. Delivery was $79 and worth every nickel. They arranged the furniture the way we asked, mounted mirrors, assembled the bed frame, etc. And the guys were super nice.

Our walnut table is rock solid and sits on a sturdy iron base. We have young children and don't even worry about them damaging the table thanks to Ethos' durable construction. The artisan, Ross, is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. He put the table together, walked us through proper care, and stopped by a couple of weeks later to drop off a special wood cleaning product free of charge. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. I ended up ordering a custom office desktop to match the walnut dining table, and Ross will definitely be our first stop for any future custom wood furniture needs!

We've had this couch a little over 2 years now. It is the Stanton 338, we upgraded to the…read moreperformance fabric that we were told was best for homes with kids and animals. We picked this fabric because we have two large dogs that get on the furniture. We were told that just getting on the furniture would not tear or snag the fabric. On day one when the couch arrived our smaller dog of the two jumped on the couch as normal and it snagged in several different places. I called the store and tried to talk to a manager but wasn't given one. The salesman put in a request for their "fabric expert" to come out to the house and see if we had been given defective fabric. He deemed the fabric to be of normal quality. We also had feathers upon feathers poking out and coming out of the couch. He told us that after 2 weeks that would stop. We were also concerned about the comfort of the couch. It was very stiff and uncomfortable compared to what we sat on in the store. To this he said it just needed time to "wear in". Here we are a little over two years later and we are not any more satisfied than when we got the couch! We went to Woodleys because we wanted a quality couch and if something went wrong they had a warranty to take care of us. We asked several questions about this when we bought this couch to be sure it would be taken care of. Nothing could be farther from the truth! We bought it during a sale and still spent about $4k on it! Or more like wasted $4k! As you can see in the pics the cushions have not faired well! They did not keep their shape whatsoever! The back cushions sag and have little balls all over them that have to be shaved regularly (advice i was given by the salesman and the "fabric expert"). We have kept the bottom covered since day one when it snagged to protect it as best as we can. But even with covering it the bottom cushions too have balls of fabric and worst of all have lost their shape! They sag and have flattened out significantly on the corners so you sit in holes between the cracks of the cushions and you literally can feel the frame under you! They say to clean with water only which does NOT clean at all! We are so disappointed with this purchase and hope to warn others never to buy anything from these crooks! Also the pile of feathers is just what comes out of the couch DAILY! So what we were told about them stopping coming out after 2 weeks was also in fact a lie! Had we have known all this before buying this couch we wouldn't have spent ten cents on it! Buyer beware!!! Take your hard earned money somewhere else!!!

I bought a pyrite side table on sale for $329 originally $799 which I thought was a good deal. Then teak white driftwood for the wall on sale from $329 with an extra 50% off the lowest price. I also bought a lumbar pillow with insert for 129 not on sale but worth the price. Overall my shopping experience was a great one and I was glad I came in and got a deal on many items I bought. And the service from the gentleman that was helping me was amazing. He told me about the sales they had in the store snd answered my many questions and even helped me load the very heavy items into my truck which he did not have to do. I really appreciate the level of service he provided and will definitely be going back to him specifically for help in the future.
