This is a very clean and well maintained car wash staffed by two very friendly employees who did a…read moregreat pre-wash preparation prior to entering the wash. Just a reminder for those with "collision avoidance" systems on their vehicles you must disengage this prior to entering this carwash since the carwash uses a drag chain conveyor and if your collision avoidance system activates as you are pulled through the wash your wheels will lock up even though your transmission is in "neutral". The results could snap their chain or conveyor belt (our dealership pointed this out when we were purchasing our vehicle). You can turn this on and off in your vehicle settings menu. I purchased the $16 wash package and couldn't of been happier with the results after spending all day driving the shell and dirt roads exploring Avery Island and Jungle Gardens. If I lived in the area this would definitely be my car wash choice...

I finally went up to the counter to ask for a time frame, and the guy at the counter--Will--basically ignored me. Another worker nearby noticed and came over to assist. Thankfully, he was able to get my repair handled quickly. After the repair was completed, I waited another 10 minutes for someone to check me out. No one came over, so I went back to the counter. Will told me he would get someone to check me out, but it still took longer than it should have. I ended up being there for nearly two hours for a simple tire repair. They don't have vending machines for drinks or snacks--just coffee--so waiting was frustrating. Meanwhile, I could see employees on their phones, seemingly unconcerned with the long wait times. I won't be going back to Delta World Tire. The service was slow, the communication was lacking, and the overall experience was disappointing.
