Car wash is ALWAYS broke down. Ifs it's not the chain, it's hydraulic brushes not working, and drainage issues, lanes closed, and majority of the time the whole car wash closed. I think for the past 2 months it has been open 1 time when I went, the other 20 times? Closed. Contact customer service to say hey, paying a membership and can't use it, can you help with a month or 2 credit? Nope, it's in our legal contract that we can be closed for any amount of time but your membership is due, but will be happy to cancel your membership if you would like! Avoid going on the weekends when/if the manager is there. During the week with the opposing manager(s), no issues arise, no break downs, no long lines, both lanes opened and traffic direction takes place. The weekend manager is extremely rude and seems to only accomplish chatting with the other employees while scrolling through his phone showing employees what he is watching while cars are trying to back out from the long wait. Outside of the weekend manager, it is a pleasant experience. All in all I am glad they lose a lot of business on weekends during the busiest hours of operations due to negligent management. read more

To be honest, this was my favorite car wash until they signed me up for reoccurring membership that I did not agree to or authorize. I've been emailing, using the chat feature on their website, and there is no way to call anyone to get this resolved. I've physically gone up there and spoke with the manager but nothing has been resolved. Buyer beware. Day 12 of trying to get this issue resolved. I took my car and my son's car to wash and vacuum. Neither car was even close to clean and had to run it through a second time. Even then, the cars were dirty. we gave up on the wash,, and tried to vaccuum, but the vacuums had no suction. I talked to the guy who took our money, and his comment wa s "I know- I know" and he conplained he had a lot of work to do. What a waste of time and money. I stopped in and told the guy I wanted the $33 monthly wash program. He charged me $20 I figured he prorated me to the end of the month. On April 29 2024 445 pm took my car to get wash paid $26 for the top wash had to take my car 535I M-Sport BMW through two times and my car was still dirty when it came out. Tires was not even armor all. I had to do it myself but the package says you get it. I would not recommend this place to any family member or friends. read more

Time to cancel my monthly subscription. This car was gets worse and worse with everything trip. Today the lines were long, the sensor would read member tags and most of brush didn't work or didn't respond until my truck was halfway past. And then to top it off the detail center where they provide rags and window cleaner was closed up. This place needs some serious maintenance. read more

I would not take your car through the wash unless you want damage to your vehicle. This happened on 8/10 after the car washed equipment malfunctioned. The manager Steven claimed that the car I front of me ran over the bar that guides the cars, and they're going to make him pay for my damages. I've called the corporate office but their office is not staffed so you only get answering machines. I have followed up several times with Steven and he has been unhelpful. It doesn't matter if it's 5am or 5pm on a Tuesday or a Saturday, you'll wait 28 minutes in line regardless if you're a member or not. Vacuums are horrible, the staff is obnoxious and tweaking nonstop, and your back window will never get the soap rinsed off. read more

Ever since they took over business for Tiger Spa this place has gone downhill. Our fast pass keep giving us the lowest car wash package and we would have to tell them every time to change it or go through the car wash twice which is frustrating when your paying $40 a month. The "Manager" Xavier does not follow up and keep his word as I brought this up to him in person and he did not fix a thing nor call me back on the issue once he spoke with his boss. I recommend going somewhere else unless you just need a one time wash. read more

I asked her will the equipment be working properly in the next three days. She said "probably not " lol then what good is it. This used to be "Tiger Spa" Car Wash. It's close to home and I've been using it for years. Drove in today to find it is now "Take 5" and under new ownership. Also found that the basic wash has gone from $5.00 to $7.00. So is it a better wash? No, in fact it's a much lower quality wash. The equipment looks pretty much the same, but the amount of soap used is much lower than it used to be. Understand, I'm not one of those people who visit once a month and expect a car wash to perform miracles. My truck is washed and waxed regularly so it's pretty easy to clean. I can see the brush marks in the dirt/road film that was left behind. Even my tires are still dirty. Not the wheels, the tires! This was the absolute worst car wash I've ever had. I will definitely have to find a new place to go. read more

Decent car was when all their equipment works. I went there last week and their blowers didn't work and car came out wet. They didn't mention it when I arrived and paid for wash. As a matter of fact they tried to up-sell their washes. Stopped in again today and no mention of blowers being down until I asked. No discount offered but they again tried to up-sell car washes. Since new ownership the price has gone up and the car wash has deteriorated. Often the dryer does not work, and when it does work the windshield and right side of the vehicle is still spotted. If you get the $8 basic wash they don't do any prep before the vehicle goes through the wash. The attendant just sends the vehicle through, even if not busy. The one positive is the person who takes your money is usually very personable. read more

Stay away from this car wash! I brought my brand new vehicle to this place to get its first wash and as I was inspecting it afterwards there were noticeable scratches, very bad swirls marks, and it looked as if the dirt from the car was just smeared rather than cleaned. I immediately went to an employee to state my concerns with the scratch marks and he proceeded to fill out an incident form and take pictures to have reviewed. He told me someone would call me in a few minutes, but 30 mins passed without any response, so I called back the number before they closed and they told me no one would contact me until the weekday as managers are not on site during the weekends. 5 days passed and I still did not hear back so I called and finally got ahold of the manager, where he scheduled me to come in and meet with him to make things right. When I arrived he was with his boss (possible owner) and after they inspected the car, the boss told me it was 1000% impossible for his car wash to cause the scratches I had on my vehicle. He then started listing of excuses of what might have caused the scratches including someone must have parked next to me and dinged my door (the scratches went horizontal). I could tell by his expressions and wording that he was simply not gonna budge and tried to dissuade me from filing an insurance claim. They finally offered to run it through another wash and attempt to buff out the scratches. After I went through the wash I inspected my vehicle again, and there were more scratches on my vehicle and I called the manager to come out and look at it to prove to him that the car wash was damaging my vehicle. He said he would be out shortly to check it out. 20 minutes passed with no sight of the manager, so I got fed up and left after canceling my membership. The employee that was in the detailing area talked to me for awhile and told me that I need to avoid car washes like these because they will just ruin my exterior paint, so I will take his advice and find better business elsewhere. read more
