First, we arrived early one Thursday evening, very hungry, to Senigallia, to find that all the ristorante did not open until 7:30PM. It was raining hard! We ran into Francisco asked us to come in and he served us from the bar and gave us some snacks. We felt so welcomed that we stayed for dinner! What AMAZING food! It delighted us visually but was so good for the taste buds! The most delicious Tuna Tartare! Delicious Ravioli with ricotta and basil! Delicious Black ink pasta with red prawn stuffing and pecorino! So delicious! Thank you chef! The dolce were amazing too! I had Mela del Picato! Ne' vere ne' Marte. La Fiera di Senigaja. Pictures attached.
