USE THIS CAR SERVICE. You will not be disappointed…read more Last week, I went to West Palm Beach to surprise my folks. I don't drive much and cabs are pricey from the airport to their house. The morning of the night I was to fly in, I called Scott Green, who happens to own the business, and not only was he able to provide a luxurious Lincoln Town Car, he also picked me up himself and he offered a fantastic flat rate. Even with tip, I paid less than base fare for a taxi. The customer service was impeccable. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, explaining the details of his business - he worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and boy, does it show. He was pleasant, chatty, knowledgable, personable and reassuring. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and Scott knew exactly where to go because he has regulars in the same neighborhood. Great rate, comfortable ride, fantastic company. A wonderfullly affordable alternative to the taxi. Highly, highly recommend.

They were there right on time to pick me up, once again in a beautiful car with great service. They seem to be quite reliable and I recommend them. Original review: Great job. I needed a ride to the airport at 4:30 in the morning, which always stresses me out because I would be out of luck if a reserved ride does not show up. I made a reservation two days in advance, confirmed the night before, and the driver was there exactly on time to the minute. Beautiful car, very courteous driver, reliable. I will use them next time for sure.

The drivers are kind, patient, helpful, and take my lead if i am in a chatty mood or prefer some quiet time. Prices are reasonable and you can set your account up to include gratuities so no scrambling last minute for cash tip for the driver. I choose them every time- sure they may cost more than ube but i gladly give a few extra bucks for this family-run business, and for my own peace of mind.
