Snap fitness continued to charge us the $40 a month membership fee for 2 years after we cancelled…read more When we called about this we were told by Ashley that she doesn't see a membership for us and my husband told her yes I came in to cancel a long time ago, but I'm still being charged. Ashley confirmed that the membership hasn't been active since September 1st 2024, and that should've been the last time we were charged. She advised that my husband contact the bank to obtain a list of all the chargers that occurred after September 1st 2024. When we called back we were told that they never said that, and that he never canceled his membership essentially. Snap fitness's FAQ portion of the website states " We're always happy and willing to work with you to make sure you get the most out of your membership. If you're already set on cancelling your membership, however, you have two ways: Contact your home gym directly (call, email, or visit in-person) and request to cancel." Now we're being told that since he didn't physically sign anything saying he was cancelling, that he never canceled. Snap fitness has blatantly stolen $960 from us over the last 2 years and refuses to give the money back.
