My experience with Alex Doce from First Community Mortgage was phenomenal. The entire process was…read moreextremely smooth from the initial pre-approval, appraisal, underwriting, and down to the closing. I found Alex solely by searching the web for local lenders and his name happened to come up on every platform I visited, so I took a leap of faith to trust the reviews and can now vouch for his raving reviews. It's only right I add my testimony. He works fast and is efficient. Thank you Alex for your knowledge, professionalism and service. All the best, Kim and Rafael

In short, Alex Doce came to my rescue in one of the most precarious situations I've ever been in…read morecertainly financially. I had made some bad decisions and planning and while there are plenty of opportunities, bridging the gap I had put myself in a situation where I'd overextended myself by trying to get extra credit cards etc, you know how that goes and I didn't think because I was too an experienced about getting a loan on the house that I inherited a little more than a half year ago. The first person who tried to and showed me that there was an option, something called a no-income/ verification loan. The riskiest for banks and only a selection places offer them, but the person that first reached out to me hid, despite my prying and trying to get more information, so much that when I got the disclosure papers or the closing documents I think he just expected me to sign because I was so in need. Well that wasn't going to happen, so I had to find someone else, and I stayed up all that Friday night and on that Saturday morning Alex called me back from my messages. From there I dealt with a man I have utter respect for. He is hardworking, generous and not only with his time, we got to know each other actually quite well during this process and learn quite a bit about each other and had some very nice conversations, but with the difficulty that I was facing he even took half of his normal fee to help me out in my situation. I never asked for that. He just did it and I just got the paperwork stating that he was doing it. He's just the type of person. I learned a lot about his history and everything he had gone through and his struggles to make it in life, and it shows in his determination and dedication and work ethic. I don't know how he does it, but he works at a feverish pace for I don't know how many hours a day but I think our regularly 10 or 11, and then works a good part of Saturdays as well. And when you talk to him it's during this time it's all business and then he's back to work taking care of it and calling you back a few minutes later with a problem solved. An expectation that was reasonable just so it wouldn't be disappointed if it didn't take the last time, and it did take less time which I'll tell you about, but he said that we would be able to get it done within about a month or less and I would have my money. If it wasn't just for one particular thing that held things up for a week, I would have had it in about half the time, and as it was we were still I believe a week or more early when the funds were deposited into my bank from when we began. He got great terms for my situation with a loan that's got the highest because of the risky nature of it, and he explained to everything that I asked. He was transparent. Everything that you want to find when you put your trust in somebody for things like this, things you've worked so long for and you're hard earned money. I could go on but I'll just finish by saying that I couldn't recommend any higher Alex with his character and abilities and I feel very grateful for having had the chance to work with him, and have him help me in my time even I want to say thank you Alex. I promise that if anybody who is reading this chooses to work with him, you will have a story of your own like this to tell about him that would be similar, at least in regards to Alex and everything that he would do for you and the experience you would have working with him. I can honestly wholeheartedly say that all of this is true, and this is just who he is, and you can expect that he'll do everything in his power and make sure that you have a good experience and success in your pursuits!..Andrew W.

I had worked with two prior lenders who absolutely low balled and had me thinking my dream of home ownership would not be attainable. I'm so glad I persevered and came across Tim. The day I called him he went to work on my credit salary and told me the amount of house I would be able to afford which was totally higher than what I had been previously told. Tim also helped me to get money to put towards closing costs and also served as a first time home buyer mentor realtor and advisor, there simply wasn't a question I could not ask him and his response time was always very quick so much so that I felt like I was his only client. Tim is an all around good guy and looks out for you in way that just won't find at a big bank or big lender. He is absolutely the salt of the earth and an all around good guy. I would highly recommend Tim and Lincoln mortgage solutions to anyone who wants someone who will work earnestly & diligently to help you achieve your American dream. Me and my family will always hold Tim in very high regard.

Once you start the loan process, everything changes, I mean everything. Communications stops, not difficult, but non-existent. Empty promises and met with excuses. When Loan approval went long, I could not give my landlord a convened move out date, I had to pay an additional months rent, Eddy proudly announced he would pay for the additional months rent, Great, nice gesture, but never a word about it and no money, empty promises. yes, it did cost me an additional $1750 in rent. Yes, there was a closing. I was informed the morning of the closing, "sorry I forgot". 30 minutes post closing, after I got back to the office, EMERGENCY, they needed a verification paper from my employer. After the Closing? this caused issued with my employer, what he was asking for was outside our HR policies, he pushed and pushed. 2 week post closing, I here from Foundation. He is self serving and egotistical. If everything he was doing was in my behalf, then why wasn't there communication. Why were there promises made with no follow through at, if not for self serving needs. Stay Away. Stay Away. Stay Away
