Kelsey was kind enough to make time for me on a Sunday morning. Her office is in downtown Vancouver, WA. I live in NW Portland, and the stroll was easy with only a 13 min drive. Parking is free on the weekends, by the way. How nice is that, right? As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Kelsey. She offered me water or tea. I filled out the usual paper work. Kelsey made sure I understood what my options were. I told her about the pain in my body, and she worked with those points during the massage. It was very relaxing. I also like her music selection. It was putting me into a trance. Kelsey pulled a lot of stuck energy out of my system. I could feel my blood circulating during the session. Her touch is strong and gentle. The initial evaluation was very thorough and had taken x-rays as well, which my primary doctor has not offered to do. What I learned was my neck ended up being in worse shape than my hips. I believe that preventative measures is crucial at my age, and I started on a 12 week program with them. The treatment doesn't just stop at the adjustments, there were exercises and at home care that I was able to put into my program. This will be a lifetime of help. About 4 weeks in, i noticed that my headaches i was having almost daily and taking ibuprofen for went about 90% away! I work in the tech industry and just thought looking at computers was causing my headaches.
