From start to finish, everything was seamless, relaxing, and the views of the city are absolutely breathtaking. After booking the same cruise last year, my team actually requested that we do the exact event again this year. Captain Rob and crew are professional, hospitable, and fun! Booking was easy, pricing is transparent, and Rob is super communicative-- even thoughtful enough to give us a heads up on temps, water conditions, and offering to have our Spotify playlist ready to go when we boarded! Right before docking at the end of the tour, the captain turned the boat toward the river entrance for a minute so everyone could take photos in front of the skyline, which was a nice touch. The biggest selling point for me was that all of Shoreline's tours are dog-friendly. I brought my pup Shadow along and they even gave her a treat as we were boarding. A couple tips: getting your tickets on Groupon will save you a couple bucks off retail, and bring your own water if it's a hot day - beverages on the boat are pricey. This was almost impossible as boats are booked well in advance for Saturdays in Chicago. Would highly recommend Sofia with Get my Boat if you have a party of 12 looking for a great time. I am giving 2 stars as they were initially easy to book with.
