He passed it on to another Attorney then insisted on going to court but knew nothing about my Appeal when the Judge asked him questions. I sat there in disbelief! I don't think he ever read my case. I asked him to file Motions, but he never would. He neglected to tell me about Motions that the opposing counsel filed too. Unbelievable. I never got a chance to respond. He lied about Zoom hearings and so I was left out of those too. He talked to another Attorney about helping him with certain aspects of my case so he could concentrate on the Appeal. I paid $7800 to that Attorney, but Bauer would never file the documents that I paid for and that he agreed to. I lost everything! He never represented me. I thought Attorneys fight for you, but he never did.

I never once felt that way with Andrea on the phone and definitely not with Ann Voss in the conference call. Matter of fact, we were treated like rockstars signing a multi-million dollar record deal. We had a sensitive question about whether or not my Mom should put the house in our names in case something were to happen to her during her safari trip in Kenya. ( just kidding about the safari trip ), but she's not getting any younger so we justed wanted to be smart and plan appopriately. Andrea and Ann were so kind and generous with their time on a late Friday afternoon. Ann answered all of our questions and even navigated through our mortgage company's website to look at payoff details. We now have all the information we need and have a clear action plan to make sure that our Mom is covered and the house will be with our family for generations to come. I highly recommend Ketlinski Law Office. They were respectful, professional, and so kind.
