I am much in favor of supporting local stores but the complete lack of professionals in this place is just unbearable. I find it amazing that the company does not got bust. The number of employees almost outnumbers the customers and everyone I dealt with is equally unhelpful, uninformed and lacking any business initiative. Do this people know that free samples are for customers to try new products and keep on spending? I would urge whoever manages this place to train their people on modern forms of consumerism.
