I was happy with the style and sure that I had found my hairdresser in Ulm. This was until I had the idea of giving my hair a little bit of shine and use what all over the world is a hair gloss. The fiasco was complete. I was left with an orange hair, the typical result of decoluring a dark haired person previous to applying a blond permanent colour. Timo had the nerve of arguing that everything was ok and that the perception was due to the shine (!). Only After I essentially exploded he suggested to just apply a product to recover my original tone. I was in such a state that did not cross my mind that the wrong product was applied, as confirmed by other people later. I later wrote a letter to Timo, who had claimed that probably the LOreal product was botched and would contact their sales person, but got not reply. This is most unprofessional and I will definitely never set foot in Femiasque again. Beware, if you value your hair and would not like to end up looking like Pippi Langstrum, look for a hairdresser that has been trained in using his/products.
