What you should know about me:
-I take my haircuts…read moreseriously.
-My french sucks.
So, i'm a month and half into an extended vacation. When at home, I usually get my hair did every 2-3 weeks. Needless to say, I was feindin' for a haircut. After some research La Clé seemed to be a legit barbershop. I'd read some mixed reviews from Americans with shitty french, such as myself. Here's how I went about it:
Stalked their IG for a style I liked, saved it to my phone.
Walked in, luckily they have a couple english speaking barbers. Nothing was open that day, came back the next day.
Showed up the next day, stumbled my way through the intro. Showed the barber the pic, low and behold he did me up real good! Super clean fade. They also wash your hair, not really a thing in american barber shops, but appreciated none the less.
Now, he took 45mins-1hr.
So don't expect a 20min greatclips experience. That's not what you're going to get here. You're also going to be paying big city barbershop prices. 32euros for a cut, about the same as what I paid in San Francisco.
