I just had the absolute worst experience with this company. My mother in law is 75 and recently developed health issues after a massive heart attack. I hired Precise and told my mother in law that we would take care of everything. An associate of Precise called my mother in law and proceeded to yell at her when she told him she didn't know the details of the move; as I was responsible for booking it. After raising his voice at her he proceeded to hang up in her face. I got the number and called back. I really needed to understand what type of person felt it was ok to disrespect a 75 year old woman The lack of professionalism and basic disdain this man has for customers speaks volumes. I was reasonable, I didn't raise my voice, and even cautioned him about talking to seniors who might be skeptical about giving info over the phone. He then asked 'do you want us to come out there or not?' At which point I told him I really didn't care for his attitude and I would prefer to hire one of his competitors. At that moment he hung up the phone. The rudeness and utter lack of manners in a customer facing role is inexcusable. I cancelled and contacted Quality Control movers. Within an hour their team called me back and were flexible, and courteous. Save your money for businesses that appreciate doing business with you.
