I'm talking about thick, hearty, made in house chunky salsas. We got saudero tacos and I believe the single tortilla was also made from scratch. Unlike other tacos, the one corn tortilla was perfect and there wasn't a need for two. They were not stingy with the protein at all and I love that they were hearty and perfectly chunky pieces of saudero.
