The atmosphere was lively and fun, especially with the live mariachis bringing so much energy to the space. It truly felt like an experience, not just a meal.
The food was traditional upscale Mexican. We only tried two dishes, but everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Honestly though, the real showstopper was dessert... hello, pan elote ice cream! Can we please take a pint home next time?
Service was completely on point -- attentive, polished, and welcoming. The wine list was solid, and I had the Tacuba cocktail made with jamaica and mezcal... absolutely delicious.
We'll definitely be back and highly recommend visiting this iconic, historic restaurant. It's worth the wait!
