Tried...wait for it! SIX (6) times to order this: one soft beef taco and one bean and rice taco. After 6 attempts she literally said that will be $2.04 for the beef soft taco. I said forget it and she said "gladly?" I was trying to take this to the nursing home to 2 elderly ladies without teeth and one is a vegetarian hence the beans/rice. When I pulled to the drive thru and asked "what is her problem and name?" She stated, "leave MY drive thru I am the first asst manager. The food & service are horrible. This is the Taco Bell on 412 close to the Oklahoma border. Every time I go there's an issue I'm done. The manager Her name is Teresa. She's is super stressed out. My food It's horrible completely uneditable then they tell me I can't get a refund they have to ask for my email so that can go to corporate then it takes 5 to 10 business days to get my money back. That's absolutely insane. Also, when you go through the drive-through, they tell you we have nine mobile orders It's gonna be a 15 to 20 minute Wait to serve you, lady you serve the cars in your drive-through before you serve mobile orders that's obvious. I'm also in fast food so it's absolutely crazy how she & this place acts. read more

Sometimes you just have a craving for nasty a$$ Taco Bell. Well I'm here to tell you, get your fast food fix elsewhere, this ain't the spot. This is my third, THIRD online order in a row that has been wrong. And not just something here or there, but we are missing $3 in upgrades between all the items we ordered, mine and my husbands order are totally wrong, and we're missing 2 tacos. Well this is not the Taco Bell I'm complaining about,even though there tacos are all bread and lettuce, the Taco Bell I'm complaining about is the new Taco Bell store #040894, at the corner of 59 & 412. 1st time in the Taco Bell and the Assistant manager Sandra Taffola, of all people, reached into the food containers with no gloves and was eating out of the food container. When confronted about this disgusting act, she just smirked like she was the boss over patrons and made her escape. This Taco Bell has only been open about 2 weeks maybe. This practice is disgusting and 3 paying customers walked out. That is no way to act professional in a new restaurant. One star is a high rating tonight! After making the mistake and not checking my order before I got home the only thing that was right weee the drinks. I called and they remade the order and got home and it was a disaster! No meat in the tacos or quesadilla. Everything was cold. The people were unfriendly. We ordered our food and two of the frozen drinks, the baja blast freeze tasted like their syrup was out. We told them that it didn't taste right and they ARGUED WITH US! We asked to just get a regular mtn dew instead and give the freeze back they told us we'd have to pay full price for the mtn dew (we used a card for our food and drinks the first time). After they argued with us for awhile my husband got mad and cussed and said what they were doing was shitty managagment! The manager said she has the right to refuse us and we needed to just leave the drive through. They are rude and do not care about their customers at all! read more

This is the laziest TB in the world! We ordered Mexican Pizzas and we said no beef and they give us beef. We had to go back 3 TIMES because they put beef on them. Where can I go any more? Every place from starbucks to mcdonlads messes up orders. I simply asked for a plain quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce. I purposefully say it plain two different ways so they get it. What do I get here at taco bell? Chunks of stuff. I called to ask if they will replace it. They asked if I had already left. READ THIS ASAP Ok lemme break this down for you! I walk in. The cashier takes on average 3 minutes to ring up each customer. After 10 minutes of waiting in a 4 person line, I order two plain soft taco, specifying that it was just to be meat and cheese, a nachos, and a soft drink. After it takes, oh I don't know, 4 minutes for him to ring me up. I go and sit down and sit down at my table. Ok granted it was busy (for a Taco Bell anyway), I wait 15 minutes for my order. Once I go up and checked my order, it was wrong. It was 2 stone cold not plain soft tacos. My though is "ok, it's fine, this happens". So, I go back up to the counter and ask the cashier for two plain soft tacos. He say" Oh uh...yeah sure I can get that". I say thanks, and go sit back down. 10 minutes pass and I look back, and the two soft tacos that I left there, were in the exact same place. I'm like "Ok this is a tad bit upsetting but I can move past it". Then, I go back up to the counter, and one of the "chefs" comes up to me and asks what I wanted. I said the same thing that I said to the cashier, with emphasis on the plain part, and she agrees and goes back to make it. Then, I wait another 20 minutes, just to get back the same dang two tacos, but at least this time, it was warm:). Oh, and did I forget to mention that there were only 7 chips in the nacho bag. Let me repeat, 7 chips. Now my last though was,"Well at least I can get some soda here" and I go to get some, and there isn't any syrup. Whenever we get TBell here in Siloam, the food is well-prepared and made correctly. Only once have they ever messed up one of our orders. My only complaint is how slow they are. Anyone who has been there a few times has probably gotten frustrated at the long, backed-up lines they often have. It is frustrating, but to me it's worth getting the order correct. I come from a dumpy, poverty stricken town where the local TBell is quick but constantly screwing up. I'd rather have quality over speed any day. read more
