But as soon as we stepped into this Taco Bell, we were greeted with suspicion. The manager, with her squiggly gold glasses and soul-crushing attitude, immediately told us we couldn't perform in the restaurant. Perform? LADY, we weren't there to bust out a mariachi routine! We just wanted to enjoy a fancy dinner at Taco Bell--is that too much to ask?! I had to assure her multiple times that, despite our appearance, no one was going to break into song or throw roses at customers. Finally, after some intense eye-rolling from the manager, we got to ordering. Now, here's where it all went downhill. I come here usually. My last two visits here I have to say it's been really good. First the place is clean tables are not sticky, no trash on tables it is clean. The outside area is even kept clean. No over pile of trash in the trash bin like i've seen in other places. Food comes at a decent time and looks just like the picture. Some other taco bells food is just throw and it comes out messy. I saw they offered a new monthly Taco Pass, $10, great deal but I had to pass. They recently introduced these $2 grilled burritos to their value menu, and damn these things are good. The Cali chicken one is hella good and for $2 it's pretty hefty. You maybe asking, why a 4-star? Because the team that made it this night made it to perfection, almost exactly like the picture. I have working in the customer service industry since I was 15 on a workers permit. I have never experience such horrible treatment by any manager in my life. I take my kids to this Taco Bell every so often at night time after there sports. I normally order a meal combo with a drink for myself and then a burrito and quesadilla for them. I always ask for two water cups so I can share my large drink with them as I only normally take a couple sips. Mind you I've never gone back for a refill even though I could. So this time I went over and asked for the two water cups and the woman manager said to me I know you and you can't steal the soda that's is for water. I was in disbelief this woman had the nerve to yell this in front of everyone. If I was such a thief like she stated why was I still allowed there? Is it illegal for me to share my drink with my kids? I'm not going back for seconds? Just because they are not sipping out of my cup that means I'm stealing? I continued to reply I paid for a large drink and gave a little of it to my kids by pouring it into a water cup for them. Again not using anymore than what I paid for. Fast forward I also paid for extra sour cream and she gave me hardly any. I asked for the extra I paid for and she continued to snark and argue along with talking crap about me in Spanish to the other Taco Bell workers and laughing at me and my kids. Little does she know I speak fluent Spanish as I work with customers as well! Shame on her for her mouth. After the whole incident I asked for her name and she refused to provide it. Sounds like someone who is guilty to me. I left and made a formal complaint to the owner and will be perusing this further. Last and finally note, I went back the next day to ask the daytime manager what her name is and he said he couldn't provide it to me as she confronted him and told him if he did she would fire him and he feared for his lively hood! As most reviewers have noted, service at this Taco Bell location is pretty terrible. During my last visit, I opted to order in person at the counter rather than through the self-service kiosk. Everyone behind the counter simply avoided eye contact for a solid 15mins while they conversed amongst themselves, before finally someone came up to take my order. Fortunately at least, the interior tables are kept fairly clean and there's a private parking lot for ease of parking. No drive-thru at this location however, so in-store pickup is the only option. read more

I come to this local Taco Bell because it is close to where I work. I've been coming here for many, many years. Recently, I had a bad encounter with a horrible experience with a woman in glasses who said she was the general manager. I paid for extra meat in my queadilla, and there was barely any in there. She refused to help me and then continued to talk bad about me in Spanish to her co worker's while they all laughed with me standing there! Not only was it rude, but it was embarrassing. Holy taco... I accidentally ordered a nacho supreme and paid. I realized that it seemed pretty cheap and after about 1 minute I went back to the register to upgrade or change it to a nacho bell grande. The cashier said no. I was confused but she said I already paid and they couldn't upgrade it. So I did some problem solving and asked if they could refund me for the nacho supreme and I will pay for a nacho bell grande. The cashier was not happy and asked me why I was doing this to her. She still did it, reluctantly. The food prepared already made my nacho supreme and was not happy with me either. Overall I felt like I did something bad. I thought it's usually about customer service but instead I just got a feeling that I hurt someone or something. I felt shameful. It's not a fun feeling. I know I just made 2 people's lives a bit harder at this Taco Bell, but I think they should've been nicer about it and just tell me they will fix it, because at the end of the day we are all human. But the last 3 orders or so have been prepared very messy, and it made it difficult to separate the paper wrapping from the food, especially if there was melted cheese (like in the quesadilla). It looks as if the food was just literally thrown together, where it is unevenly placed, not centered in the soft tortilla and my burrito was shaped almost like a square instead of a long roll when it used to be compact and easy to eat.
