This is probably one of the busiest Taco Bell's in the area. There's always a long line in the drive-thru. I sure don't know if there's any urgency with any of the workers because no matter what I order, I am still waiting at least 10 minutes at the pick up window waiting for two tacos. The worst part now is the drive-through window is all AI . I typically place mobile orders and I still have to deal with AI when I get to the drive-thru. It's really frustrating when you tell the window your name and it populates an order that's not yours. I typically only come here for breakfast when it is slow, but even then I can't get in touch with a real person. I would definitely rather spend my money locally at a family owned establishment, then come here to have poor service. Now, I would rather walk on my lips than to talk down on customer service being that I'm in the same field, but today, I was less than impressed to say the least. I placed an order at 6:31 PM at this location (23709 Harper Avenue). I ended up going to the wrong location (28501 Harper Avenue) and waited there for 12 minutes before realizing it wasn't where I ordered which is par for the course. I get to the correct drive-thru for the representative to hastily note that they're "temporarily closed." As I try to alert the representative of my online order, the representative quickly interrupts to reiterate "we are temporarily closed". I had to sharply retort that I placed an online order for the representative to tell me to come back in 15 minutes to wait for the "7:30 people". My issue is certainly not that the location is understaffed-- s**t happens. But, we definitely should not be irritable at the drive-thru when greeting customers-- ESPECIALLY if the information being given is less than favorable. read more

What could improve about this taco bell location is EVERYTHING. Always looking like a free for all inside, always a ton of employees inside yet the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. This is not a one time occurrence, this is every single time i trick myself into giving this place another chance. Half the time they arent even open past midnight so google should update the hours. I placed an order online to pickup inside, upon entrance I could see the place was messy and dirty ... the staff was screams at each other acting a fool ... I usually go to the drive through, but decided to go in because the line was long. So entering there was one person in front of me. I ordered food and I did have to wait a little for my food, but I was not in a rush. The food was fresh, but my chips were a little salty. The inside was nice and clean and had a nice hip feel. I like the new design toco bell has done to their restaurants. The seating was all wood with black tables. You can actually see the cooks making your food here, which is nice. Also they do have outdoor seating which I used and there was no bird poop. The tables could have been cleaner, but I did enjoy the continued wood seating. *Update My taco salad was messy! read more

The guy at the window had a customer walk up through the pick up line in front of my vehicle saying that he left something out their order and they do it all of the time at this location. Every website including the taco bell corporate site states this location is open till 02:00 however the last 4 attempts I've had going to this taco bell location they have "been closed" at 12:30.
