this location is 4 for 4 in messing up our order and I say that as an understatement. One burrito out of our entire order was right. Not only that but it was ice cold. The meat wasn't even warm. We spent $35 and had to through the entire order in the trash because we did not believe it was safe to eat. I would have returned the order but due to staffing shortages they have not had indoor dining open a single time ive been here. Just based on the other similar reviews it would be a great service to this community to close this location and put in an establishment worth a sh!t. It's Taco Bell! The food is great, the people who work here are fast, and the quality is consistent. My only complaint is that when a lot of customers are ordering everything seems to slow to a halt. I waited 43 minutes for a cheese roll up and cinnamon twists...need I say more. The staff is rude, the manager completely ignores the restaurant, and the place is filthy beyond measure. I'm not sure how this place stays open, to be honest. I would leave negitive stars if I could. Just keep drivung past to Steak and Shake. The service here is okay except they often forget something and they're often out of something. It's sort of a crapshoot when you go here. It's sort of like gambling downtown. My biggest problem with this place is that the food...mainly the chicken just isn't very good. Really don't know what's happened here, but service has gone WAY downhill. In our last visit, I wanted to try the new quesalupa that's been all over the airwaves, but couldn't remember the name. My husband asked the order taker what the new "cheesy crunchy" thing was, and she told him it was a cheesy burrito. Really? The staff doesn't know their own menu, and isn't trained in their new menu items? So, I ended up with a burrito I didn't want. I also always get an order of pintos and beans whenever I go to Taco Bell. Not only did I not get the customary cheese and sauce on my order, they didn't even bother to give me a spfork to eat it with. How am I supposed to eat it if I'm eating in the car? Luckily, my husband brought it home to me, so I had the utensils, but honestly, this was a to-go order, so I'd have been out of luck if I'd been eating it on the go. I've always had decent service at this location in the past, but I'll be second guessing going here again. Since Jack-in-the-Box is just a stone's throw away, and I love their tacos, I can always go there, and two for 99 cents is such a deal, why bother with bad service at Taco Bell? My boyfriend & I were starving & had a craving for Taco Bell. We're used to living closer to downtown Reno, & just moved out to this area a few months ago, so it was our first time visiting this location. We were very disappointed. The order for 2 box deals took almost a half hour. My boyfriend asked for a soft taco instead of a hard shell taco, & they got this wrong. He is deaf, so he had written it down for them & I specified out loud as well, but they still didn't switch the shell after saying they understood what he wanted. The Baja Blast has a really strange taste like it's old & watered down, or something. The chalupas in both of our boxes come with tomatoes on them, but they are so ice cold, they they feel like they came straight out of the freezer & made the rest of the chalupa cold as well. Had the chalupa special. My husband had the wrap. Service was super fast and everything was hot. Good customer service. They were constantly cleaning tables and very friendly. I found myself wanting a simple quesarito after a long day at work so I met up with my fiancé at TB. My fiancé stood in line for 10 minutes and was never acknowledged by staff. We decided that the wait was too long for a Taco Bell wait and we didn't want to end up being the other couples in the establishment who all looked disappointed as they waited for their food to *hopefully* come. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Every time it takes 30 min to get food at a "fast food" restaurant. Then the employees never apologize for the wait and half the time your food is stale. Most of the time they run out of supplies like napkins, straws, sauces and drinks. I would not even give them a single star if I could. There is no manager and usually only 3 employees on duty. They seem to be more concerned with talking or joking with each other instead of customer service. This location should be shut down or find new owners who care about the business. I love Taco Bell. I do not love this particular Taco Bell location. They advertise that they open for breakfast at 7am. This is the 7th time I have come here (between 7:10 and 7:30am) and they are not open; the recording is on the speaker advising they're closed. This morning, I decide, I'm going to wait, as I can see a few cars parked in front, the lights are on, and hopefully it shouldn't be too long. What I do for Taco Bell Breakfast!! About 20 minutes later, a women comes on the speaker to say they're closed. No worries, going to wait until they're ready. A few minutes later, a youngish sounding man comes on the speaker and let's us know they're closed. Yep, got that, we're waiting. A few minutes later, dude is back on, letting us know the manager - who DOES NOT have the customer service skills to speak to us directly, lets us know they're not going to open until after 8. What happened to, 'I see you're the only customer interested in eating at our establishment this morning, what can I cook up for you?' Nope, instead it's 'get the f*ck out of the drive through, we ain't open.' Well, we wanted fast food breakfast, and as usual, we went over to Jack in the Box down the road because this Taco Bell on N. I've been sitting in the dt for over 20min and they're not busy there were only 3cars in the dt when I pulled in. I wasn't greeted when I got to the window. They had @ 7 cars in drive through and one person in line inside. The place was filthy with papers and food on the floor on both sides of the counter. There is no way it could get that messy unless they hadn't swept at all in hours. So I waited for my turn at ordering just one Taco supreme and after @ 3 minutes this little girl working there runs up and says "we aren't taking any new orders right now so we can catch up" and dashes off back to putting stuff in bags for drive through. I left instantly. That one Taco Bell always seems to be in a state of critical disorganization with no one knowing what to do - like some kind of eternally understaffed Train Yourself facility.
