No straws waited forever for service they don't have lemonade. They don't have diet Pepsi. I won't be coming back.

Sat 30 min in drive thru to order quesadilla and tacos with no lettuce. Finally got order a one rushed home. Quesadilla was beyond burnt with nothing sauce or chicken. Tacos were wraps of lettuce. It was overflowing. I had never had them get my order right. Called and demanded money back. It was late and I was tired. They requested I come back in. told them tomorrow I would be in and have the acceptable food to my dog and through rest away. 2 return visits and they are not able to return my money. I don't want the food today, I needed that night. I have time now to make a quality meal and not fast food junk. read more

Horrible Service from onsite manager after being overcharged. The elderly and disabled community have been treated horribly by this restaurant whenever they've had an issue. Sadly, most will not be going back. read more

Order was wrong, tacos were mushy. Nasty. And so very very slow. Over 25 minutes and they still screwed up the order

Missed half of my order and took forever getting it they only have the Taco Bell side not kfc waited forever to get our order taken

Horrible service... the girl hanging me my food was on the phone with someone while working and handing me my food, the man on the phone let 3 slurs leave his mouth while the window was open. And on top of that they gave me less than what I ordered bc they were out, yet I had to pay full price for these items I did not even receive. read more

This was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. Came here with my dad and we had different orders. He ordered for the family with a couple changes to three food items. I had a smaller order. It took 45 minutes and 4 other people including me got food before him. About 30 minutes in we overheard the people in the kitchen saying they didn't even start his order. Not to mention that the manager who took his order was sighing and complaining about all of the food and changes to the food. I'm sorry but if your attitude to an order makes someone feel the need to watch you so you don't spit in the food then you need to check your service skills. read more

How the hell does this place even stay open.....Literally every other time we try and go their closed. Last night stopped at 8pm only to be told in the drive thru they weren't open. Three other cars had pulled in behind us and were told the same thing. This has been an on going situation for well over 3 months and if you do happen to stop on the rare occasion they are open expect that they will be rude, long wait times, and overall crappy food and service. They are always out of everything and when you order something they will always sound annoyed or become argumentative with you like you've done something wrong and the yes it's Taco Bell no one expects 5 star quality food coming out but don't even think for one second your food is going to come out looking less than a hot freaking mess and either cold or made completely wrong. If you order from kfc side bet your chicken will be overcooked and rubbery like it's sat for hours. This place should be closed all together. They clearly know that they suck because they've shut their google reviews off so likelihood that their ownership or management gives two shits about what they are doing or not doing read more

It was the worst food I had there ever. It's been slowly going down hill for a while. I know places are short handed and people are getting burned out so I try to make sure I don't add to the stress but dang. The guy didn't say one word after he took my order and pretty much shoved the drink and food out the window at me. If I hadn't been paying attention I would have worn it. $21. They got the order correct, however, the drive thru has this bubbly pre recorded person and then you get the actual person who pays zero attention to what you're saying so that you have to repeat your order over and over. Very frustrating. read more

This is a great TB/KFC. Clean (outstanding bathroom, at least the women's side), staff members I saw were clean, front area was nicely organized and...clean! Food was out quickly, order correct, etc. Easy in and out to the Hwy (34). Dustin worked the counter when i was there and was polite, helpful and fun to boot! read more
