The gentleman helping me out when I walked in looked like he had zero idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the pick up order name. He then immediately walked away from me and went to the register, and proceeded to ask me what I ordered and at this point, I knew he didn't know what it was and he said, "oh, it will be ready in 7 minutes." I ordered only 3 Breakfast burritos with no meat or anything in them - so, I thought 7 min wasn't too bad. Boy, was I wrong. It actually took 20 min (yes, 20 min) with me standing there by the table until the order was ready with no number or anything. I'll remind you all that there were legit 2 other customers in there and ONE CUSTOMER received their order before our 3 breakfast burritos were ready! That isn't right. I get sometimes food takes awhile, but both of them didn't apologize or anything while I was waiting. I've been to Muchas Gracious waiting for my order before, and they offered me a free drink because they felt bad they were having me wait 5 min! I don't accept it because I felt bad, but the point is, the lack of accountability and customer service during this experience was dreadful. And to be honest, the times I've been here, they haven't ever been too nice to me. After the order was finally ready, the lady working by the grill stuffed in at least 10 plastic containers of hot sauce into my bag. When we got home, most of them opened up and it left the biggest mess in the bag! Come on guys. This was just bad. Plus, my burritos were greasy anyways and tasted off. (See picture of the mess). I won't lie, there's plenty of other Mexican restaurants and establishments I can go to other than Papi Chulo's. Pretty disappointing experience overall and I can guarantee you I won't be going back anytime soon. I'd give the experience a 1/10 and the food a 2/10.

SUPER RUDE employees on the drive thru. She had an attitude the entire time I was ordering. Then when I drove up to pay, she didn't tell me how much my order was(after not hearing my order multiple times at the talk box) I had to ask after staring at her for several seconds awaiting her to tell me. As I'm looking for exact change she slams the window shut, at this point I know she has some kind of issue. I simply place my money on the window ledge and begin talking with my passenger. She opens the Window and then asks if I think this is funny. Confused, I asked what she is talking about. She replies that she doesn't have to give me my order if i'm being rude. I demanded my money back before she cashed out the order and left. When I called to complain, the supervisor told me to never come back. So not only will I take his advice, I will spread the word so that no one else goes to this Taco Bell either. read more

Not sure about this one here. This Taco bell missed things. I have been here several times and more times then not. They have missed things on my order. The last time I even shut off my car at the ordering box. They always miss either the no onions or even once and entire item (Pinto and cheese)! I hope they improve their position with me in my future desperations for fast food. Though I don't know when they will get the next chance. I am going to the gym now, and on a diet. ps - Anything with the beef there taste horrible. I placed a catering order for 40 people and provided my credit card when I placed the order. QDOBA…read moreimmediately placed an authorization hold on my card for the full order amount plus 20%, tying up hundreds of dollars. On the morning of my event, I received a call saying my card was "declining" and was told I needed to pay again--even though they already had a hold on my funds. I refused to be charged a second time, and instead of working with me to resolve the issue, they canceled my catering order the day of my event, leaving me scrambling to find food for 40 people. To make matters worse, this happened on Saturday, August 1, and they refused to release the authorization hold on my card. My bank confirmed the hold will remain until August 10, meaning my money has been tied up for over a week because of their actions. The customer service made an already stressful situation even worse. Catering Manager Jerry Kramer and General Manager Gearimo were both extremely rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in resolving the issue or taking responsibility. Rather than trying to help, they simply canceled my order and left me without food for my event. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability was unbelievable. If you are planning an important event, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for catering. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
