Unfortunately, I had a really long day at work and decided to stop by Taco Bell to grab three crunchy tacos before going to bed. I ordered online, and even though I was the only person in line when I arrived, the staff seemed rushed. This location almost always gets something wrong with my order, but today was especially disappointing. They forgot to put the taco meat in all three of my crunchy tacos. After getting home, I had to drive back, only to find the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. It's incredibly frustrating because this keeps happening. Mistakes happen, but when it's almost every visit, it becomes hard to justify coming back. I ordered on the app, and when we checked in the AMAZING employee at the window double checked our order and sent us up to the window. He offered us water while we waited for our food (SO kind) and then the food was FRESH and LOADED. Best TB quesadilla I've had in years. The potato soft taco was loaded with ingredients. So my son was playing baseball across the street at the Sunset HS baseball fields, but I failed to have lunch, so I carefully crossed Science Park Dr. and headed over to the Bell. It was pretty quiet inside so I walked up to the registers. There was someone waiting in front of me so I just got behind him and waited to be helped. We waited a while (I am guessing he more than I, since he was there before me) after a few minutes an employee who was sitting in the dining area asked us if we were waiting for our order. We said "No" and he advised that we had to use the kiosk. We said ok and he apologized for our wait and gave us a free fountain drink. The food was the best I have ever had at a Taco Bell. After I ordered at the Kiosk, I did have to wait a few mins, but the tacos and burrito was fresh and flavorful.
