I stopped in early on a Saturday evening and there was a line, but not terribly long. I think I was the 3rd person in line. I placed a a to-go order for cinnamon twists, an entree. and a drink. I waited 33, yes, THIRTY-THREE, minutes for my food. They were serving 124 when I arrived and I was 139. It took them 33 minutes to fill 15 orders. I watched the staff preparing the food- no hurry, no rush, just plodding along. When I complained about the unacceptably long wait, I was basically told too bad, we're busy. No, they really weren't that busy, they just had lazy kitchen staff and didn't care. The nice young man at the front counter was apologetic, but he was the only one. I realize Odessa is the home of crappy customer service, since there are so many jobs available, but that kitchen staff needs to go. I will never set foot in that Taco Bell again read more

Right now Monday October 7, 2019 1:18am ..... I was just in line around 12:20 they close at 1:00am... it's four cars in front of me... they all got to order, and got they food. When it's my time to order they shut the window off on me...so I am yelling hello hello at the order speaker.... nobody answer ....so someone comes to the window at the back door peeks out the window like four times and even the order taker peeks out the drive thru window at me and sees me still waiting to order by the speaker.... so I say ok well I'm going to drive up to the window then... I get to the widow they still see me behind the last car in front of me ... it's not 1am yet it's 1240 so I'm am left sitting waiting at the window... I remember the managers face cause I inquired about a job before. He sees me at the window... there's a few kitchen workers see me and my fiancée at the window ... one guy came all the way to the window looks dead at us :..notices us looking like damn can we order food ... he grabs him a cup and makes him a drink... they are in the kitchen eating making tacos having a fiesta ... (unsanitary) and I'm sure it's against company policy to be eating or consuming out of of food like that with no gloves and just eating like it ain't shit...FUCKING LAZY ASS JOBS HERE THESE PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT MAKING MONEY BUT THEY LAZY THEY DONT DO THE JOB OR DO IT RIGHT .... but yet they give shitty customer service ... but be pissed off when they go some where else and receive shitty customer service .... and then I see a lady getting out of a car walking into the back door " I say excuse me ma'am it's not polite for them to see me waiting at the window to be serviced and they ignore me" .... all I get is the finger..... for no reason.... no wonder why she works at Taco Bell ..... There always seems to be an issue of some sort every time I come here. . they are either out of Dr. Pepper on the help is new and inexperienced...... always Something. Many times they screw up a simple order, like tonight when I ordered my food with chicken. what did I get? Beef !! Not the first time either. Maybe their employees haven't passed their GED? And they will argue with you if you tell them your order was wrong! Disrespectful employees, along with the managers. They are always out of assorted items like xl cups, frozen drinks are almost never available, and while the food is usually up to Taco Bell standards, the customer service is sub par. So it has gotten better since they fixed the place up. They cleaned the place up and added a modern interior. the food is alright, you feel a little bit better eating it now that the place looks more trustworthy. Its cheap, filling, and gets the job done. I think the most exciting thing about the place is that the drink dispenser works now. Order taker horrible--had to repeat order MANY times, then waited in line from time of arrival to window over an hour despite being only #5 in line, then told at window two items were unavailable. What?!!! Get it together, Taco Bell! Really don't even know how this location is still open. It's dirty, service is miserably slow, food either not available or cold. Taco bell/KFC on w Co Rd has the worst service. Not only do they make you wait 30+ Min in line but they forgot part of my order. The woman at the window also ( I'm more then positive) took the extra cash I accidentally gave her. When she came back to give my change she said she couldn't print me a receipt she gave me my change and when I told her she owed me more because I gave her extra she said" Oh your right but I already closed my register and can't give it to u, but next time I go in let her know and she'll give it to me." I didn't get her manager because I was already late and it wasn't much extra. I will never go there again. The inside is dirty, messy, and the table plus chairs are broken. The appliances they use to cook the food is still being used from the beginning of them being open. The only thing I saw that they actually updated was the drive-thru menu and speaker other then that everything inside is all out-dated that I am in shock it still works. As they make the food it's messy and you can see that the condiments enter your food that been there for who knows how long. read more
