This location is horrible. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but it's ridiculous at this point. Went there last night after placing an online order. Pulled up to the speaker, told them my name, was told to pull up to the window. I get to the window and they try to ring me up for a different order (online order was already paid for) and I tell them I'm here for the online order to which they ask for my name again. After 30 seconds, I'm told to pull around to the front door and that my food would be brought out. I waited for 30 minutes. No one came to me with my food. At this point, I had been waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes + 30 minutes in the the parking lot and I look at the drive thru and it's packed out the gills. I had already wasted an hour of my life that I would never get back so I just decided to cancel my order and go else where. Now I have a hold on the total for the order in my bank account for "up to a week." Thanks taco bell. This store is usually on its game but I have no idea how you can tell a customer whose already paid for their food to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes only to get no food. I'm so disappointed in this location. I'm Deaf and happened to have a brace on my right left. I tried to go to the drive through to order dinner for my family. There WERE no cars behind me or in front of us. The night supervisor is not VERY friendly and cooperative when I tried to tell her I'm Deaf and had brace on (it was not easy putting on and taking off).
