Rev's rating scale is extra gracious today! I usually don't rate fast food shops more than three stars at best, but maybe I'm soft because of the fantastic Mexican pizza I consumed there today! Well, truly it was the overall experience. This particular Taco Bell was clean, with a variety of seating and distance that made it a very comfortable atmosphere and eating experience. And the restroom was as clean and supplied with soap and paper towels - not an ugly mess like you usually find often at a McDonald's. But my goal today was to get that all-time Taco Bell fave item of mine that I've not had in many years - the Mexican pizza! I went ahead and got the special that comes with the pizza, including two taco supremes, and a beverage of your choice. The pizza was perfect! As good as a Mexican pizza can be from Taco Bell. The inside bean and meat was spread perfectly, as was the sauce, tomatoes and other toppings on top. I would say that the taco supreme had a little more sour cream that I would like, but all was so good, didn't mind. I'll add a bonus point here: If you like mango tea, I recommend it here - get it with your meal in the beverage area. It's really good! When all was said and done, I still had my second taco supreme - was too full to eat it. I definitely understand it gets busy in restaurants. Especially when you're short staffed. But that was not the case here. I walked in instead of going through the drive through to place my order. The counter was completely cleared out so I couldn't tell if I could order at the counter or I had to go to the kiosk?. There were probably eight people behind the counter. So I stood in front of the register. And one of the girls making the food I asked her. Am I okay to order here at the counter? She said yes. Well as I'm standing there the manager,who was putting money in the register, Literally didn't even acknowledge me or say anything to me? Not even I'll be right with you. Or let me get somebody to help you nothing. She let me stand there and no one took my order for more than five minutes. Everyone else was just talking and handing each other's stuff and then another couple came in, so they were waiting in the line as well. Finally, the guy in the drive thru, who was very polite, asked if I had been helped and I said no so he took ownership and help me place my order. But after that as I waited, I noticed as that the lobby look like it had not been cleaned. I saw trash, leftover wrappers from people that had already been sitting and eating who were no longer there. So with all the talking and all the people behind the counter and the fact that the register was left unattended for someone to make sure people could order when they come in or not being greeted. On Sunday, October 1st, I ordered 2 regular tacos and one chicken enchilada burrito (w/out rice). When I picked up the burrito, it flopped over as though it was just a folded up tortilla. I opened the burrito to find that it only contained sauce, sour cream, a bit of cheese and 3 tiny chunks of chicken. It was essentially empty. When I took the burrito up to the counter to show the "supervisor", she simply took it from me, walked away and return to the back. I received no verbal response from her at all. After a minute I called out "So..... are you remaking it or giving me a refund or....?". No response. I returned to my table to eat my tacos (which were getting cold at that point) and a few minutes later the supervisor called out to me from the counter and pointed to a burrito on a tray. I went to the counter and asked if there was rice in the burrito and advised my order was for no rice. She responded that there was rice and that she had no way of knowing that I didn't want rice. I told her that she had simply taken the previous burrito from me and walked away. She didn't say a word and did not respond when I asked if she was making another burrito or getting me a refund. I told her that had she said she would remake my burrito I would have told her no rice but since she did not communicate what she intended to do, I had no idea that I needed to communicate my order. At this point, the rest of my party was finished with their meal so I asked for a refund and the supervisor told one of the other workers to give me a refund. The young lady was unable to open the register (which she did not communicate to me - I figured it out) and asked the supervisor for keys. The supervisor pointed her to an office but the young lady came out and said she couldn't find them. At this point, I advised the young lady that I wanted to finish my last taco before it was completely cold, pointed out where I was sitting and asked her to call out to me when my refund was ready (my table was near the counter). She agreed and I went to finish my food. I finished my taco and we waited another five minutes and I still had not heard anything. My party was tired of waiting so I returned to the counter and asked how much longer I was expected to wait for $2.71. The young lady said "I forgot" and then we had to wait for her to find keys to get my refund...... AGAIN! I realize Taco Bell isn't some four-star restaurant and I understand human error, but the rude behavior, complete lack of communication and expecting a customer whom you have wronged to wait 15 additional minutes while their food is getting cold demonstrates the worst possible description of customer service. I'll start off by saying how impressed I was with the service. We ordered through the drive through, the young lady who was standing outside taking the orders provided such great service. She was full of energy and so happy, it was contagious. She was very helpful and didn't seemed bothered by how much we customized our power bowls. Now, for the food. We again were impressed, we were not expecting everything to taste so fresh and actually had a great taste. It was definitely the best experience we have had at any location. read more

I've been here a couple times now throughout the years. Lately I've just been using their drive-thru due to getting there at late night. Customer service is always pretty solid, and the food ready after a quick to reasonable time. Food is always delicious, as I normally get a chalupa and recently I've discovered their crunchwrap supreme (thanks to the 2018 movie "Ideal Home") which is amazing. I've also tried their frozen drinks 1-2 times which are cool, and pretty cheap during their "Happy Hour." Overall, a solid location with the great food that you'd expect from this chain. read more

I get that people take advantage of certain amenities at restaurants. I've seen people empty all the sugar and sweetener caddies into their pockets and purses. The list goes on. I get that some people abuse the offering of a restroom when they aren't paid customers, especially in neighborhoods where there are transient problems. I wouldn't have thought this location to be as such, but I truly don't know. What I don't get is why I was yelled at when I asked to use the restroom before I ordered. I wanted to wash my hands as I just had them in filthy water repairing some plumbing for a friend. And rather than infect anything else i asked for the code to the coveted throne room. "YOU HAVE TO ORDER FIRST!" I explained my plight but it fell to floor with a thud. Again, I was met with a humiliating yell. Rather embarrassed I asked if I did something wrong and why she was so hostile toward me. I don't think we've ever met. She said she didn't understand. She spoke perfect English as far as I could tell. At this point I should have turned around and walk out the door. I was afraid of stoking a smirk under her mask, so I ordered out of principle. I put my grimy fingers everywhere they needed to go on the kiosk and ordered. I then asked to use the WC once again. Old evil tone person glared at me then up to the screen to make sure I wasn't lying and then led me to the door. I asked one more time why she was so mean. She mumbled another insult and pointed to a sign that said for paying customers. I was a paying customer. Maybe the sign should read for customers who have paid. There are polite ways to handle policies, churlish yelling and demeaning of a customer is not. It shouldn't matter who that person is or is not, treat everyone with some sort of respect and the least show some decorum. I dare not eat the burrito as I didn't see her wash her hands after she let someone, who apparently paid, before me into the bathroom and then handled food. Yuck. Go if you must but if you have to go make sure you pay and go. read more

I usually don't write negative reviews about places I go to because USUALLY I would get decent customer service. I had to talk about my experience today because I've worked in plenty of popular fast food chains and I would've never dealt with this situation the way the worker did. I'm just going to speak about the basics of what happened-- family and I ordered through the drive-thru with the young lady standing outside with an iPad. She repeated the order, I then proceeded to tell her everything was correct and then paid outside with their card reader. We drove up to the window where we were handed our beverages and food. Keep in mind, I've never experienced any missing items from this location so I drove off. That was our mistake. We came home to two items missing and we paid $36-$37 for food, so of course we were going back. Problem was there was NO receipt given in the bag but usually this location is great with taping the receipt on bag or having it inside the bag already. So we came back, we went to the drive thru to speak the same young lady about missing items-- she spoke to her coworker through a headset about the situation and told us to pull to the window so we did. Then another employee, not the same person who handed us our food previously, had asked about the missing items. Mind you, she had not even greeted us and it was NOT the same person the first time around. She was rightful to ask if we had a receipt in which this case we did not have one then proceeded to ask what we were missing-- which was a beef chalupa and a spicy dbl steak burrito. She questioned if we went to the right location and we then told her we did and to be sure of that to verify with the order-taker outside. We also proceeded to show her the charge on the bank account for our order. She then proceeded to tell us she couldn't find our order through their system even though we told her EXACTLY what had been ordered. She told us that the food items we were missing might've not actually been paid for because we didn't have the receipt which didn't make any sense because our food already cost $37. She then told us she didn't see us pass by the drive-thru but she wasn't the one who served us the food-- the girl who did serve us was behind her the whole time! LMAO. At this point we'd have been there for 10-15 minutes only for her to tell us she can't find our order through the system AGAIN. She said that she "had to believe us" even though she can't find our order because that's the only thing she could do?? She also told us that the next time we come around WE should ASK for the receipt in any case that would happen in the future. Like excuse me? Isn't that your job-- to put the receipt on/in the bags like it's been done before? Also, in what world am I going to come to a fast-food place and expect that order to be incomplete? Like that's ridiculous. What happened to being respectful and reasonable with your customers? Especially if they had to drive all the way home to find out they have missing items and then they had to drive all the way back to retrieve those items? To add on, there was NO type of apology in our conversation on her end even towards the end of the situation. She was so rude and not understanding AT ALL. Here's advice for this worker and whoever this pertains to-- Be held accountable for the things you/your employees are doing wrong instead of blaming the customers. A lot of the time customers "aren't right" but a lot of the time we paying customers are. I'm sure you're also a paying customer too anywhere you go so I'm SURE you get it. Or at least I hope so. Also, if you can't handle dealing with customers and their "complaints" about missing food that they PAID FOR then maybe you shouldn't be working in the food industry ‍ Trust me, I've worked in popular food chains as well but I never would've acted this way. NOTE: we weren't even being obnoxious about the issue-- we just wanted what we paid for. But I had the time today, let me tell you that! read more

This particular Taco Bell is disorganized and the tables are filthy, especially in the time during a pandemic when they are to be sanitized in between every customer when dining in. Additionally, the service rep asked if we were paying cash or credit. When we said credit, she told us to order on the kiosk behind us. There were no other customers in the restaurant. By the time we figured out our order, we could have had our food, meanwhile the service rep was just standing there bored at the counter. No problem if that's their protocol, but the next guy that walks in wasn't asked what form of payment he was using, and she took his order PAYING by CARD. The inconsistency and waste of employee time is unnecessary. Our tacos were hardly filled and had hardly any cheese. This place is a train wreck from top to bottom. I definitely liked this location. They were giving out free tacos from 2 pm to 6 pm. It was in regards to a basketball game. Whatever! At least we got free tacos. I also had to give them my business because I still would be hungry from just eating one taco. I got the $5.00 box which included a bean and cheese burrito, a taco, a chalupa taco, cinnamon twists and a regular drink! I definitely got my money's worth with the $5.00 box. What I liked about this location was the people. They were friendly and cleaned up their restaurant. They were very efficient as well when giving out the free tacos. On Monday 1/23/2023 I stopped in between appointments to get a little snack. I only got a salsa verde chicken burrito and a spicy potato taco. About 4 bites into the burrito, I decided it didn't taste that great and threw it away. Within 3 hours I became violently ill. Taco Bell was the only thing I ate all day that day. I couldn't even hold down water. I don't think I've ever been so sick from food. I'd like to refrain from the graphics, but this was absolutely terrible and if I can prevent anyone from feeling the way I did, I will. I was so sick from both ends, also never experienced that before. I couldn't fall asleep for more than 20 minutes without getting sick from one or both ends. I even had to call out of work because I was so uncontrollably sick. I highly recommend staying away from the chicken. read more

I ordered some cheesy bean and rice burritos from the kiosk today. I specified no cheese sauce on all of them. The cheesy bean and rice burrito comes with 2 sauces: cheese and jalapeño sauce. When I ate the burritos, none of them had jalapeño sauce. Could you please tell whoever's making the burritos that the cheese sauce and jalapeño sauce are 2 different things and that asking for "no cheese sauce" does not mean to leave out the jalapeño sauce? TB is running these full-color high def taco ads on every station I watch, it seems, and they really looked good on my 46". By gawd, they looked just as good when served at the store !! They are a buck each, but I suspect the price will creep up after people get hooked on these things. I mean, three flavors, and I only had room for two? Guess I gotta go back.
