Hi, honestly. Can't stand having to go to taco bell because they're all krap every last one of them , not a single one of my experiences has ever been good at a taco bell my entire life. The only reason I go is cause i'm too broke to afford anywhere else. Every Time I come, I have been asked to pull forward. This time there are multiple cars pulled forward. I don't care how long your ticket times get, quit pulling so many people forward Damn it. Y'all are two worried about times and not worried enough about customer experience. read more

I read through the reviews and idk what happened to yall bc every time I go here I mobile order and do the drive thru and my order is made correctly and it doesn't take a long time which is amazing because I have a dairy allergy and if I put "fresco" on the app they get it right!! So I love my east nash Taco Bell lmao read more

Went to this location for lunch today and was greeted by the speaker: "I am ready when you're ready" i.e. disrespectful. Then, I opened my box to a " crushed taco": No bueño. If you are going to do something , do it right the first time so you don't have to do it multiple times. Thanks Antioch For your wonderful Experience!!! read more

This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. I tried to be very clear that I was ordering everything vegetarian (I said before and after the whole order "Everything should be vegetarian- meaning NO MEAT"). I also had to repeat myself multiple times with each item because the kid taking my order did not seem to understand and asked for clarification multiple times. I think the staff needs to be educated on what vegetarian means. I know mistakes happen, but I was assured everything was made with no meat. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I mean I like their food and idc to wait a bit so ‍ I feel like ppl are being a bit dramatic. They also recently got some new hires. So I would take most of the reviews with a grain of salt. They have been nice to me going through and haven't had a moment where I thought they were being rude to me. I'm pretty impatient so I'd be the last one lying about a fast food place. read more

It's almost as though they are paid actors. Paid to act like the most stereotypical "bad employees". It literally is laughable how terrible the food and the service is At least they stay consistent at one thing.... read more

This place is a joke . The employees here are lazy as I'll get out got a line around the building and they just out in the car smoking a blunt . Like seriously just shut this place down if you want fast and great service goto the Rosa Parks Location atleast they work and they aren't rude .seriously you feel like these are paid actors to be just rude as one yelper put it . My visit was at 11:50 PM read more

This Taco Bell is amazing. I been stopping here for a long time and they always rock. Sometimes a chalupa might be a little tough or something. Dane as any other Taco Bell. These guys really know how to cook! read more

i know reviewing a fast food restaurant is just shouting into the void but holyyyyyyy shit this one is insanely bad. all the reviews are correct - it's 10-15min between taking orders for customers, so if you arrive with 5 cars ahead of you, expect a 50min - 1hr wait. if there is nobody in the drive thru, you'll only have to wait 10min at most to get your food. the food seems as though it's been made for an hour or more already, so it's strange that it takes so long to get it. no clue what the deal is, but if the staff cares so little about serving customers, imagine how much they care about keeping the kitchen clean. so gross. read more

Rude staff and slow drive through. I sat for 7 minutes and when I said Hello? A hateful "Give me a moment" came from the speaker. Taco Bell should not be this hard. I have an online order. Easiest type of order. Let's see if they got anything right. read more

I live right beside this Taco Bell. I recently moved here and my previous job was a manager at Taco Bell for two years. I don't understand why this has such bad reviews on Google and Yelp? The two things I have noticed that I didn't like about this place was the location of it (relative to the road). It is directly between two red lights that honestly are way to close to each other. When you pull out of one you're in the other, whoever designed that isn't the brightest. Secondly, for some reason every time I order my food it is in a unmarked plastic bag instead of Taco Bell's standard paper bags [paper over plastic ] Other than that there isn't anything wrong with this Taco Bell, I have ordered here for breakfast almost every day for two weeks and haven't had issues (other than pulling out). read more

Taco Bell - Cheesy toasted breakfast burrito (potato) - Fast Food Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

OK I get it that the people there are barely doing the bare necessities, I get it's a minimum wage job but why is it my order gets fucked up every time I go there even when I read back on the screen and I verify what I want every time the ordering is fucked up I get nothing close to what I ordered, how does this happen even during the coronavirus scare and the only car in the drive-through and they still fucked up my order, how does this happen seriously! I just don't think minimum wage shouldn't mean minimum service. read more

Always a long line esp late at night. But I will say the employees at the register/drive thru were always nice. Tonight I ordered a no. 1 with all hard tacos and a soft steak taco.... these fools gave me 4 soft tacos filled with potatoes!!!! . I didnt realize until I got home. Called and someone offered to replace the next day and stated 2 ppl had walked out etc. This is scary. What a terrible prank. Smh read more

The people that work here are literally probably the dumbest people I've ever fucking ran into like seriously y'all want $15 an hour but I can't spell a simple word no actually how to spell the correct word use this is how dumb y'all are it's sad it's it's seriously pathetic this is why you don't deserve 15 an hour you need to get an education first before you deserve to get paid some big bucks. Here's an idea getting education and then come back to the table and then we can talk about a minimum wage is $15 an hour read more

Consistently subpar. Either they give you a completely different item, they skimp on ingredients, or both. Always rude. I'd rather drive another 20 minutes to a different Taco Bell than to give this location another chance. read more

Y'all! It's so bad. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy's next door when you have a late night craving. Firstly, there was only 2 people working (they disclosed this to us) and it took FOREVER. The only thing that got me through the wait was thinking if my first bite into my Crunchwrap supreme. But oh no no.. when we finally got our food both of our crunchwraps looked like they had been thrown against the wall and then stomped on. Our quesadillas were paper thin. Not a single thing we ordered was adequate. I love Taco Bell but I hate how inconsistent they are read more

The fact that I can't get over my experience here and had to hop on Yelp to share should say something. I'm a busy person so this is low for me. I came thru drive thru and asked for chalupa meal, beef, no tomato, soft taco. I had a feeling this was going to be botched. I get my bag and it was four hard tacos. So I go back thru line and the lady acts all apologetic and get another bag. It's chicken chalupas, and a hard taco thrown in the bottom of the bag that all the toppings are coming out everywhere. Learn my lesson: just keep driving, if you complain they'll just act in spite read more

Never open when they say they are open. If I owned the place I'd be very unhappy with the management. Short story is get your hours straight and people wouldn't have to write a bad review. read more

What a poorly managed place. Seems they run out of everything for cheese to beef to taco shells. Last time I was there, the entire network was not working and they could take no orders at all. The time before that I stood at the counter for 4-5 minutes without being acknowledged. The cook that was the farthest person from me said hi and welcome, so I thought someone would realize I was standing there and take my order. Nope. I waited another minute and then said to the cook across the kitchen that I guess I will go somewhere else that will take my order. Still no one said a word as I walked out the door. read more

Dear Taco Bell, I have been a loyal eater for over 20 years. Taco Bell is, unequivocally, my favorite fast food restaurant. I've eaten at your fine establishments hundreds of times in dozens of states. This email is in regards to the restaurant located at 2904 Gallatin Pike in Nashville. When I first moved to a new neighborhood in Nashville earlier this year I was delighted to find I was living just a mile from this Taco Bell. However, over the past few months I have tried to eat there 5 times and have left without food 5 times. The first 4 trips I tried to get late night food but was told at the drive thru that they were either completely out of food, or only serving meatless soft tacos. Fine, I thought, I was getting there too late in the evening and they weren't ordering enough food. Today I tried to go for lunch around 1pm. I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes without anyone taking my order. Then, I pulled up to the window and got the attention of someone inside. She told me she had just arrived and it would be "awhile" before any food was ready. I left dejected. I normally don't complain and I've never written a letter like this, but I'm afraid if I don't say something I'll never be able to eat Taco Bell in my neighborhood again. Please do something about the horrible mismanagement of this restaurant. I would appreciate a note when these issues have been resolved so I know I can start going there to eat food. Sincerely, Richard Sloven read more

Constantly out of chalupas. You have one job. Staff is friendly. Driveway is smooth. I'm tired of driving here late at night to find out there are no more chalupas. read more

this place sucks. The management has to not care about their job. would 100% recommend driving the extra few miles to another taco bell. The workers are rude and the service is like one customer ever 10 minutes in the drive thru. if i court rate 1 star i would. If you see this taco bell i hope u fix yourself, all love. read more

For the new menu item called volcano I think people would enjoy taki dust as the taco.

I ordered some food and i had a few issues. The cheese in the quesadilla wasn't even melted and the cheese dip was not warm :(

This is easily the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to for a multitude of reasons. The food? It's bad. The service? Even worse. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. read more

I just want to say that the two people working today have been there since 7 am. The next shift never showed up and they are still working. Even though I misunderstood that they were short staffed and they needed a quick break, they still took my order and were kind. Waited ab hour for no fucking food and no money fuck this place. Alc was good but fuck everything else

Don't bother... They're never open. And when they are they don't get your order right.

Worst Taco Bell EVER I was getting hungry after work so I went to this place to get something but once I have arrived there, it was some kid asking me "the door is locked" and I was like "Why? Is the store getting robbed or something" so instead I went to the drive-thru and it took forever to keep the line going ended up waiting for about 10 minutes then I just left completely. Such a pathetic night for Taco Bell to serve at night. read more

Don't order from this one. I'm a chill person, but they forgot a whole taco in my order. Something told me to not go to this Taco Bell. Sure enough, missing a whole'nother item. So got charged for an item that's not in my bag, and didn't even get asked what sauce I wanted. I forgot to ask, but the employee should be the one to pick up the fumble. Now I know to not go to this one. read more

I live in the area and frequent this Taco Bell regularly. Without fail, they are always out of something. To the point that it's now a joke, each time before I order, I ask what are you out of. Tonight they were out of beef. It's always something, out of tortilla or hard shell, etc. a serious mismanagement issue. Also I've never encountered the same worker twice. Terribly managed with a serious inventory issue. Once, I ordered a bean burrito and the beans were so dry and old I couldn't eat it. There was no cheese no sauce and there was some kind of dried up burnt crunchy beef in it. Not sure why I keep going back. But when it's late night and there's nothing else open open, I keep giving it another try. read more

I guess I'm not really sure how to participate anymore. The binary nature of culturally relevant conversation is, from my perspective, so flawed at the outset that I don't know how to enter. And I don't know better, that's not it, it's just that I know that I don't know, and it feels to me that that sentiment in particular is lacking. No one wants to not know, or to be caught not knowing. A paralysis is taking over parts of our conversation because the ice is so unmanageably thin for people who, by their nature, only learn by failure and not knowing at first. Anyway one time I went to this particular taco bell after one of my 10 trips to kroger and when I pulled into the drive through the guy working said "welcome to taco bell we're out of lettuce, tortillas and beef, what can I get you?" and I just really admire the audacity of a taco place staying open while aggressively unable to serve tacos. It takes a lot from a fast food joint to persuade me to review it, and this Taco Bell has successfully done just that. Remodeled with a brand new interior, this place found my wife and I during a moment of hunger-induced weakness after a 10 mile run. It all cancels out, right? The inside was spotless, the staff uncharacteristically friendly, and the food simply.... Good. Maybe it was the endorphins, but I really enjoyed my meal here. read more

It's not often that a fast-food place like Taco Bell warrants me to write a review but since this location was just remodeled I said what the hell, let's do this. The inside setup is great, very well done. The staff was friendly enough. Food was fine. My major pet peeve came after I went to the restroom and discovered that there were no paper towels (and no hand dryer). I see this far too often at places and it just shows laziness that you can't or won't do something that's so important and so easy. Always have paper towels in a public restroom! There was also a big mess of papers and hot sauce packets all over the front counter. The music in the dining room was so loud you could not hear yourself think. Almost there, guys. Just give people a way to dry their hands after they use the bathroom. read more
