This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. I tried to be very clear that I was ordering everything vegetarian (I said before and after the whole order "Everything should be vegetarian- meaning NO MEAT"). I also had to repeat myself multiple times with each item because the kid taking my order did not seem to understand and asked for clarification multiple times. i know reviewing a fast food restaurant is just shouting into the void but holyyyyyyy shit this one is insanely bad. all the reviews are correct - it's 10-15min between taking orders for customers, so if you arrive with 5 cars ahead of you, expect a 50min - 1hr wait. if there is nobody in the drive thru, you'll only have to wait 10min at most to get your food. the food seems as though it's been made for an hour or more already, so it's strange that it takes so long to get it. no clue what the deal is, but if the staff cares so little about serving customers, imagine how much they care about keeping the kitchen clean. so gross. read more

I live right beside this Taco Bell. I recently moved here and my previous job was a manager at Taco Bell for two years. I don't understand why this has such bad reviews on Google and Yelp?The two things I have noticed that I didn't like about this place was the location of it (relative to the road). It is directly between two red lights that honestly are way to close to each other. When you pull out of one you're in the other, whoever designed that isn't the brightest. What a poorly managed place. Seems they run out of everything for cheese to beef to taco shells. Last time I was there, the entire network was not working and they could take no orders at all. The time before that I stood at the counter for 4-5 minutes without being acknowledged. Dear Taco Bell, I have been a loyal eater for over 20 years. Taco Bell is, unequivocally, my favorite fast food restaurant. I've eaten at your fine establishments hundreds of times in dozens of states. This email is in regards to the restaurant located at 2904 Gallatin Pike in Nashville. When I first moved to a new neighborhood in Nashville earlier this year I was delighted to find I was living just a mile from this Taco Bell. However, over the past few months I have tried to eat there 5 times and have left without food 5 times. The first 4 trips I tried to get late night food but was told at the drive thru that they were either completely out of food, or only serving meatless soft tacos. Fine, I thought, I was getting there too late in the evening and they weren't ordering enough food. Today I tried to go for lunch around 1pm. I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes without anyone taking my order. Then, I pulled up to the window and got the attention of someone inside. She told me she had just arrived and it would be "awhile" before any food was ready. I left dejected. I normally don't complain and I've never written a letter like this, but I'm afraid if I don't say something I'll never be able to eat Taco Bell in my neighborhood again. I live in the area and frequent this Taco Bell regularly. Without fail, they are always out of something. To the point that it's now a joke, each time before I order, I ask what are you out of. Tonight they were out of beef. It's always something, out of tortilla or hard shell, etc. a serious mismanagement issue. Also I've never encountered the same worker twice. Terribly managed with a serious inventory issue. Once, I ordered a bean burrito and the beans were so dry and old I couldn't eat it.
