We arrived at 11am and were informed they had no drinks at all (no soda, no freezes, no sweet tea nothing) just water

Wife ordered through the app, was supposed to be a burrito with cheese and rice, and someone put rice only in a tortilla. They also didn't mention they were out of something that we ordered and just decided not to put it in the order. Then when returning to explain the problem, they remade the burrito, and the manager confirmed that they were not out of the other things ordered that were not included after 2 employees said they were out. worker was so lazy, the machine they use to take your order said that they didn't have Baja blasts freezes, but last time I went they had them the machine just said they didn't work. I saw the machine working in the back. The Food is mediocre at best too. read more

I came through the drive thru on my lunch break and ordered a protein bowl with no black beans and guacamole. The order was entered correctly and repeated back correctly, so how did I end up with guacamole on my food. I have called several times and someone picks ups and hangs up. I will never go to this establishment again and I will talk to a manager in the morning. read more

I was door dashing today & waited on a customers order for 45min-1hr. The customer ended up canceling their order due to the staff getting everyone else's order out & passing my door dash order. There were other door dash orders that got their order before mine as well. I asked the staff several times what was the status on the order & they proceeded to act like they were checking & never checked. Horrible customer service. Tonight we went to Taco Bell in Monroe where the old Kmart was located. Halfway through dinner I discovered a roach in my food. I called back up to the location where the "manager" told me she wouldn't give me my money back ($25.00)and she didn't have to do anything about it. I then asked to speak to someone higher up than her and she would not let me . I then asked for her name and she told me she was not giving it to me because she didn't want to get in trouble. I witnessed the saddest thing today at your location, your dine in was closed and a homeless guy was trying to purchase food and whoever was working denied him service through the drive through cause he was walking, but yet someone else did the exact same thing and was able to get there food!! I love Taco Bell a lot, I really do. We go there for dinner a lot. And we've never really had a rude worker. But on Tuesday July 14, 2020 we were going to get Taco Bell, we got there and we were waiting in line, the line only had like 4 cars including ours. There was a truck in front of us ordering. So we were gathering our thoughts about what we wanted to eat. Most of the time I get a soft and hard taco without lettuce. I'm not much of a lettuce fan, it's really disgusting to me. And I get one of the mini chicken quesadillas. So when we got up there to order we said a soft taco and hard taco with no lettuce. She only took lettuce off for the hard taco. Now we weren't mad because she could have misunderstood what we were saying. So we told her we needed lettuce off both of them so she took the lettuce off of both of them. Then we asked for the rest of our food and just as we were about to finish ordering we noticed she had only put 1 mini chicken quesadilla. So we told her that we said 5 of the mini chicken quesadillas. And she said "ok". And then she said something it was along the lines of "okay, what would you like next?" or "alright anything else for you?" Now I know how is that rude? Well it was the way she said it she said it with a sarcastic tone. I felt as if we weren't welcome there because she had not put down what we wanted on the order and wanted to act petty about it. Everytime I come here the lady is always rude. She be at the drive thru. Lady if you don't love your job I will be glad to take your job and sell them tacos. First of all, they got my order wrong. Went back to get the correct order, which I got. When I asked for another sauce the employee or manager told me that she gave a big salsa before. I said well it isn't in there. I said I would even pay for it since it's such an issue. They got my order and giving me a salsa was a big deal. I will definitely go to the other Taco Bell I. Monroe.
