Taco Bell - Cantina chicken crispy taco - Fast Food Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

We attempted to come here today around 11:30 and watched an employee go to the doors and lock them and turn us away. Not only did they miss out the order of about 8 students, but they also lost my business forever. Ridiculous behavior and if I were manager of this location I'd be pissed that my weekend employees and literally "locking out" business. The store was not busy and only had one car in the drive thru and 2 in parking. read more

Taco Bell - Picture from the Jimmy John's across the street that actually wanted to work and get business. - Fast Food Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

Ordered food through UberEats and the food arrived cold and stuck to the package. The quality of the food is not worth the high price it cost to eat Taco Bell. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I usually don't write reviews for fast food places because they're all kinda the same experience but I just had a great experience at this Taco Bell. The associates were very warm and friendly. I ordered on the kiosk, and one man walked around the restaurant, calling names and hand delivering the food. He was very gracious and even ended up offering me free cinnamon twists. read more

This restaurant GAVE ME FOOD even though I had money to pay, simply because they know I'm homeless. They won't take my money even when I have it in hand to pay. They are very good people and I would highly recommend that you do business with them. What can you say about the generosity of people like that? Personally, I hope I can be that good to other people when I get the chance to do it. read more

Terrible service. You order on a tablet and wait for your food to be ready. But then they forget your order and you wait for 30 mins because they don't know how to refund your money read more

A1 customer service during the lunch hour. About 7-8 cars in drive through and 10-12 people in line inside, but I was still in and out in 10-15 minutes. The ladies taking the orders even yelled out a couple of times "sorry about the wait, guys!". A simple courtesy you don't get at many fast food places these days. Also, the food came out hot and fresh. The cheese pull on that quesadilla was everything! read more

If I could rate this place a 0 I would it says open till 3 am and they only had one worker and he said they were closed at 10:45at night

Friday evening, l went into Taco Bell. I ordered my food. The young man, came to the counter, to tell me, and; the other customers that our food would be out soon. It was taking so long. The young man was nice, but the food was cold, and nasty. l got the wrong order. I feel bad for, the workers; they need more help, or they need to be trained properly. The entire time I was waiting, I looked around, the place it was filthy. The soda machine need tended to. The condiment station, only had breakfast sauces left. It was nasty. It remind me why I stop eating, at Taco Bell downtown Little Rock Arkansas, on Broadway. It is that, quick something, when nothing else is open and you're, starving knowing it ,is gonna to make your stomach hurt. Or that I have been drinking and partying all night and need Taco Bell's food to help me vomit. After standing there almost 45,50 minutes with two small children, and then getting nasty ass cold food, I will never waste my money there again. Beware of that Taco Bell... read more

This place is the absolute worst!!!!!!!!!!!! Granted we had a pretty long difficult order but they fricked it up. The food was cold nasty and barely cooked. Not to mention we had to remind the workers several times to give us our drinks. If you're ever in the area and need a quick meal don't go here. Here are the items they "forgot", a quesorita, fork, the three bags of chips but don't worry we got the cheese. I'm pretty sure the three workers were all high on drugs. read more

Consistently the slowest TB I've ever been to in my life! Twice they've forgotten to include items in my order.

Picture this - it's midnight on Saturday. The party is going well, it's a few beers in, and suddenly - suddenly! - folks start to get hungry. But there's no food. Your options: Walk to Midtown for a burger (do iiiiit!) or, find that one brave soul, your very best friend, the one person who came to a 40's party (everyone wears 40's-era costumes and drinks from 40s bottles. Right?? Brilliant!) who hasn't been drinking, and happens to have a car parked outside. Are you that person? The god-send, the utter peak of humanity, the savior of hungry lost souls who drives the car-full of... well, drunks, to get some desperately needed midnight food? If you are that person, you, sir or madam, deserve a medal. A really big medal! In the context of my story, you know who you are! You're my hero :D Of course, it's after midnight, and you're whatever kind of person who goes and gets fast-food after midnight, so you can't go inside. I hear it's lovely. But, the drive-through is also quick and easy. We read the menu, made our order, and got our absurdly large sack of food. And then we all ate it. Messily, with much rejoicing. Would do it again in a second. All the food was hot, filling, and really hit the spot. Without, you know, thinking too much about what's actually in it. The Quesalupa? Shocklingly good. It's like a pita-taco with tex-mex chicken and extra... cheese? Something like cheese. Anyway, sure hit the spot at 2 am! Other than that, the bean and cheese burritos are classic and possibly the most harmless thing on the menu. Long story short, it's Taco Bell. But what is Taco Bell, if not well and truly there for you when you need it? read more

Horrible hospitality. Went through the drive thru and waited for ten minutes, no response! Drove up to the window and saw employees laughing and soon the lady approached in such a rude way asking "Why didn't you guys stop over there? What y'all trynna get?" Not only did she have an attitude but she also said we were wasting their beans when we're clearly paying for our food. Managed horribly and disrespect behavior! read more

Literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! If I could give it negative ratings I absolutely would! The employees were so rude especially Mercedes, the "manager" on duty at 2 am on 9/21/20!!! I am passing through from Texas to Michigan and had to stop with my daughter for food because it was the only thing open. I pulled up and the guy that took my order (I didn't catch his name), seemed a little frustrated with my modification so I paused between each meal to wait for him to catch up and let me know when he was ready. I ordered 3 meals. I pulled around when he said to, I was the only one in line. I get to the window and he asks for my card which I handed him and then he asks me to back up passed the sensor. He said " can you back up until I say stop because we are still making your food, we started when you ordered but you just kept ordering." That's actually what he said. Seemed a little off for someone to say to a customer but ok. I get they are on timers and I don't mind helping them out. I backed up about 6 ft and then remembered he still had my card. Waited a second to see if he would signal for me to go ahead and I just decided to pull forward and get it and if he still needed more time I would be happy to back up to help him out. He opened the window and I tried to tell him I just needed my card and I then I can go back and handed me the card and shut the door. Ok... then about 20 seconds later he handed me two bags and said that's your whole order. I said thank you and left.... the entire time in the drive through was probably less that 2-3 minutes so I'm not really sure what they were worried about. They got the food out pretty fast. I found my way back to my hotel and bam I remembered I never got my drinks. Partially my fault for not reminding them but I also got a little irritated because if they werent so worried about beating a timer maybe I would've gotten everything. I was more concerned about my debit card in the moment. So I call the Restaurant and the guy who took my order answered the phone and I asked to speak to a manager. He said "what do you need?". I said oh are you the manager? He said "what do want?". I said I'm a customer who was just there and I would like to speak to a manager. He then yells to someone named Mercedes. I hear her in the back. The guy on the phone, WITH ME STILL ON THE PHONE, then starts to mock me and says "it's a customer and she won't tell me what she wants because she wants the maaanager" all in a very condescending, childish tone. She gets on the phone and I said I'm sorry is that how your employees always handle customers? She was VERY rude as well!! When I recapped what happened she argued with and told me she told him to tell me to back up. I'm sorry but I have NEVER been told to back up at the drive through before but I was willing to do to help him I just wanted my card back first. But I tried to tell her about my drinks and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I tried to call back and now the number won't work! So I've either been blocked or they turn off the phone! I will definitely be contacting corporate in the morning because of this is how you treat customers for no reason, I'm in shock. I'm very patient and would have come back to get the drinks but I'm hey couldn't even talk to me. On top of that my food was awful. read more

Every time I come here is after 10:30p. The staff does the same thing every night. They take one drive thru customer at a time, keeping their customer at window time down low, meanwhile there is a line of cars wrapped around the corner. I get why they do it, it looks better to corporate, but it's frustrating sitting in the middle of the street. Food is always prepared well. read more

Just left Taco Bell Asked for beef Baja Chalupas with NO sour cream. Got order and before I could roll window up and drive off Adrian(guy at window) goes is there a problem! I asked why would there be a problem? Gets home and there is sour cream on each Chalupa that I specifically asked them to exclude! So have to go bck and asked for a refund because they messed up. Got attitude and excuses and lil girl slams bag in trash! I will never go back to this Taco Bell again always have bad experiences!!! Staff are rude and 9times out of 10 your order is going to be wrong or missing items! read more

if i could leave zero stars i would. bad attitudes and bad customer service. and food quality is questionable.

They would only let our group of four have one order in the drive through. We got out so we could order as a separate group and a dude tried to run us over. Then the workers came outside with their phones filming trying to start a confrontation between us. read more

Worst Taco Bell of my entire life! We waited 14 million years and the place had no food when we pulled up to the window.

This Taco Bell is officially the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to in my whole entire life. I couldn't imagine what they were doing in there to take that amount of time! I believe I was in that line for 20 minutes maybe more. Save your time and go to a Taco Bell further away. Ridiculous! read more
