I used to consider this one of the best taco bell's in tennessee. As far as food quality and it actually being warm it's consistent still. my issue lies with the fact almost every time i come here it's a 30-45 minute wait in the drive thru no matter what time or if it's a couple cars or a ton. the wait times at this place are insane for a fast food spot. i don't understand why it takes them 5 minutes to read me my order when i use mobile ordering. the whole point of ordering ahead is it to be quicker but it seems like it takes longer. read more

Pains me to have to write this review, but here goes. If I could give a -5 star I would. This Taco Bell restaurant has in every way given up, it's given up on quality of food, good customer service, they just got a facelift so the actual restaurant looks like a great Taco Bell but it is not, not even close. I came here tonight and ordered meals for my family. The girls at the window had no idea what they were doing. I know they had to been talking instead of listening to my order. They didn't even get an item that was on my order. I asked for beef chalupas, I got chicken. They didn't give me one of my drinks. Every single time I come here I get horrible service. DO NOT order through the app if you expect to have good customer service. I have now ordered three times through the app and have had all negative experiences. They are extremely rude and one lady working told me that she had no idea what to even do with the mobile orders and claimed that she couldn't give me my food even though I had already paid it for on the app... wasted $14. read more

This Taco Bell is the worst ever. Even with the Covid 19 thing going on and the lobby being closed you would think they could get it right. NOPE!!!!! And then you call and tell them your order is wrong and you deal with a Snotty attitude employee. I hope whoever is managing this store chooses his/her new hires a little more wisely. Drove up to Taco Bell drive thru on a Saturday morning at 10:25 because all other places were packed and all I really wanted was a drink. I asked (in my perky good mood voice) if they were still serving breakfast or if they had changed over for lunch. The lady said they were doing both. I then spotted where they had iced coffee. I asked what flavored they had. She said, "it's just plain old coffee with cream and sugar." (In an irritated voice) I said, " Oh ok! Can I get a large?" She said "we only have one size. We ain't into all this breakfast sh** yet." Mind blown right there. I completely lost my train of thought and said, "ok, that's fine. That'll be it." Another lady jumps on and asks, "how many creams and sugars would you like mam?" Obviously heard the comment by rude lady!! read more
