Avoid this Taco Bell on Vine Street in Kissimmee, FL. Absolutely unacceptable. I placed two separate orders in one night and both were wrong, despite paying extra for specific items. First order: I paid extra for a bean burrito with onions and extra red sauce. What I received was a plain tortilla with beans, missing every add-on I paid for. No onions. No red sauce. Nothing. Second order: I ordered a steak burrito with sour cream and guacamole. Instead, I was given another bean burrito with absolutely NO STEAK. I took two bites to confirm--there was zero steak inside. When I returned to the drive-thru, the situation got worse. The employee offered nothing beyond a lazy "sorry." When I asked for a manager, the manager was condescending, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in resolving the issue, even after I showed her the burrito with no steak in it. Rather than correcting the mistake, I was brushed off. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, I was told they were "on vacation for two weeks," which sounded like an excuse to avoid accountability. No replacement, no refund, no attempt to fix anything. This wasn't a simple mistake--this was repeated incompetence paired with poor management and disrespect toward a paying customer. Charging for add-ons, failing to include them, and then refusing to correct obvious errors is unacceptable. I left hungry, frustrated, and shocked at how poorly this location is run. Taco Bell corporate seriously needs to review this Vine Street Kissimmee location, because the lack of training, leadership, and basic customer service is glaring. read more

There is not one adult in this store. Whoever is in charge is very unsatisfactory and I was totally disregarded about my simple request.

The food is a really good and is still a reasonable price. The employees are pretty nice too.

I asked the tiny brunette cashier if she put sauce in the bag. She says yes. I tel her I trust her but I'm still going to check. I open the bag. It's empty. She grabs two giant fistfuls of packets, dumps them in and says "There's your sauce." This happened the night before this one, and it still bugs the crap out of me. Fun to hear the entire kitchen yell "MAKE IT STOP" as I was pulling up to the window... I know the food is unhealthy, but the staff are even more trash, now. read more

Every time I go here I say to myself "this is the last time" and today I finally had the last straw. The drive thru was closed (again). Since I placed a mobile order I went inside and there was a line of people at the kiosk and no workers in sight. Most of the time when I go through the drive thru they have me pull up all the way to the end of the building just to back up again. They have multiple cars doing this, I don't feel safe when I'm at the drive thru and they do this. read more

I really love taco bell but this particular location left me a little baffled. Our order was taken quickly and the young lady that took our order was very friendly, however, when we pulled up to pay she had her mouth full of food. Then after we paid she kept speaking to another employee from the kitchen, half in English and half in Spanish. She was going off about someone that had been there earlier I assumed but then she kept looking at me. The cashier kept saying no, but I wasn't sure what she said back to her. However the girl from the kitchen kept insisting and when the cashier finally handed me my order the other girl made a weird face and gave a fake thank you, like she knew me and I had done something wrong. I was almost afraid to eat my taco salad after that. I wish I would have called her out on her negative attitude and inappropriate behavior, but I know not to stop at this location in the future if this is what I should expect for customer service. Happy dining! read more

I don't know what took over my early this month but I just had this craving for Tacos. First I ordered from Del Taco for the first time. I was looking forward to it ( see my review for that ) so anyhow I carried on with the Taco craving and ordered a dozen tacos and a crunchy chalupa. It was good. I felt so naughty but that blend of that hard shell corn tortilla , fresh shredded lettuce, grated cheese and that mystery beef was purging and a little nasty at the same time. I ate most of it but the next day, I did get reminded that refrigerated tacos are just gross,. That same week, I was like I got to do it again - ( just one of those weeks ). It scored just as good. I hadn't read the reviews for this particular Taco Bell, but when I did, I thought , well it had been OK, so I went for the third time and BAM! It just didn't taste as fresh, also they decided to add sour cream to all my tacos which I did not order. It was gross. The Crunchy Chalupa, had it's day. No crunch, no munch and the rest of the tacos went adios! The End. read more

I was literally starving after work, and this was the only place open until three, I drove way above the speed limit and way out of my way to get there before three, I arrived at 2:50 in the morning, and they were closed... I got home and distributed the food out to my kids, for some reason the person working to make our food decided not to throw away the potatoes that were EXTREMELY solid rock but instead gave us two loaded potatoes and soft tacos. My kids thought he broke his tooth bitting into the "soft taco." They could have easily thrown those away and started a new batch at 12am. like you were not packed nor busy but instead we suffer and did not eat. Also we tried calling but the phone number listed went straight to voicemail. read more

This is a horrendous mockery of a fast food place gave horrible service, my father walked into the store and it was absolutely disgusting there was trash on tables, employees ignored other customers not only that but when my father tried to order a manager told them they were short on staff weren't allowed to order or make the food. And there was multiple capable of making my order. This is the second time something like this has happened. The first time they forgot my drink in a Uber eats order and I went to the store they refused to give me a replacement drink even though I had the receipt and showed it to the girl. read more

Rude rude rude. Go literally anywhere else. Food was cold, like refrigerator cold. Gross. Won't go back.

I go to this location often only because it is right by my house but it's never consistent. Don't think I have ever ordered something that they either didn't make right or forgot to put in my bag. Especially now that I started doing mobile ordering. It gives the option for customizations and I don't know why I even bother because I honestly feel like they don't even look at that. I have tried even calling the store to see about getting my order corrected so I can head back to pick it up and I swear they leave the phone off the hook. read more

Usually Taco Bell's are crap but this one, let me tell you is amazing. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the four pieces were cut so perfectly, you'd think a machine did it. Not to mention there was chicken, cheese and sauce in every bite. And when I tell you it was very cheesy, The kind where you see the strings on cheese when you pull it apart. 10/10 recommended read more

Save your money and go to another Taco Bell. This was my 3rd attempt with this establishment and the workers are always rude and when you confront them about being rude, they apologize and give a sorry excuse of how 'we just need to rush so you don't stay on the order screen too long.' Wait wtf is that suppose to mean? What kind of customer service is that? The food is either cold or hard or just both. I'm pretty sure my refried beans aren't suppose to look like play dough and my Gordita shell isn't suppose to look black. Shut this place down already! read more

No kind of professionalism or respect for customer guarantees. If you tell people your open till 4am be open till 4am or change your hours of operation to "when ever we feel like leaving.". Thought I would treat myself. Ended up being more disappointed than anything. The food was half cold and took 15 minutes to be delivered. Looked into the kitchen to find out why and saw that only one person was working dinning room while the other 4 (manager) included were playing grab ass because they didn't have any drive thru customers. What's worse is all the horse play an grab ass while they were all wearing there food prep gloves. Next order that came in, no one washed hands or regloved. Done with this place. read more
