These days the wait at the Bell drive through has just gotten seriously ridiculous! I'm not sure if it is everywhere but every one I have been to lately takes the Fast out of a fast food. Everything is soooooo sloooow the tortuous could win this race running backwards! However my boys love the Dorito tacos! I mean my oldest can eat 6 or 8 of them. So we stopped and went in for a bite. I called ahead to make sure I could pick up on foot they did not pick up at first but after a couple tries they picked up and told me it was perfectly ok to order ahead then just pick up in the drive through once we got there the lobby was unlocked so i went in and they did not even notice me the place was absolutely disgusting very pour sanitation across the whole kitchen once they finally noticed me they told me to go through the drive through once I finally made it through after a solid 30 min they refused to serve me because of no car even tho I called ahead very pour service and I couldn't agree more with there previous 1 star reviews totally wasted my time read more

Everything is very familiar and good but they don't make very good tea. I am very picky about my tea. I want real tea not something out of one of those soda machines. However, in Harrison this is the best Mexican food so far! read more

I've never really had any problems with them. Every time I've been there they are friendly and fast. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. I guess people just have bad days and need a way to spew it out. All my experiences have been positive. I really should start checking Yelp for EVERY restaurant before I go there, so I can avoid places like this. We were driving to Branson and decided we just couldn't wait until we got there to eat dinner. We were going through Harrison and had 45 minutes left in our drive. We saw a Taco Bell, and thought, "Perfect, they're cheap, fast, and not too bad." Wrong. After waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes, we had only moved forward two car lengths. While waiting for the cars to move forward enough for me to get out of line, I placed my order using the App. I got out of line, parked and went in. It took almost 30 minutes for my food (two quesadillas and a bean burrito) to be ready. During that time, I walked around the restaurant. It was full of customers, but nobody had food. About every 5-10 minutes, they called someone's name and had an order ready. Everyone else waiting around the lobby had been waiting about the same length of time. Two customers got refunds and left. About half of the customers who came in left instead of ordering. It was absolutely FILTHY behind the counter, with tons of food and supplies on the floor. This is BY FAR the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. read more

They always seem to mess up my order. Hate to be *that* person, but it isn't too hard to leave sauce off of a Quesodilla! I live 35 minutes away, by the time I got home I saw that they'd messed it up and it always seems to be that way everytime I order this item. The kitchen at Taco Bell last night was a "cluster." There were eight cars in the drive up lane when I got there at 6:30, so I went inside. There was one person in front of me at the counter, and they had called in an order that could not be found. There was no evidence of any management present to help the poor counter clerk resolve the issue. After ten minutes I finally got to place my order of five chicken soft tacos. Nothing else. Pretty simple. The order display kept showing 3 beef soft tacos. The hapless young lady could not get the system to accept the correct entry no matter what she tried. By now there were eight people on line behind me and still just that one young lady at the counter. There were two young men in the kitchen standing with their hands on their hips and they did not budge to address the customer situations. I gave up and went to Arby's, where I got my order in about two minutes and was on my way home. At Taco Bell the kitchen appeared to be in complete disorder. If I owned that restaurant, I would not trust my investment to a bunch of sixteen year olds. read more

Harrison Taco Bell charges more than what is advertised. The drive thru menu states one price and then they charge you another. Then when calling, they quote an entirely different price. Plus our order was shorted, with no compensation! read more

We went to Taco Bell to get soft tacos and we ordered mild sauce but they apparently didn't have any which is a lie they always have some in the back they were just too lazy to go get it. Not to mention just last week I went to Taco Bell and ordered Cinnabon Delights at 8:00 today when I ordered them they said they don't serve them at night anymore, so I'm confused. A Taco Bell is a Taco Bell in my opinion. But, I was brought up in a city where my Taco Bell is upon the elite in service, over all quality and the food is just great. Harrison's Taco Bell just doesn't have those characteristics.. The characteristics they do have is long lines in drive thru and lobby, the worst possible location at a major intersection, terrible service and the food is best said at average. The sign says they are hiring for management positions. Believe me the are in need of miracle. read more

It was filthy , tables and floors . There wasn't a clean table in there . The manager was very rude to his employees, yelling at them at the counter where the customers were standing waiting to order. This has to be the worst Taco Bell of all time. Not only do they constantly mess up your orders but they have the longest wait time of any fast food place I've ever been in in my entire life. This is supposed to be fast food and I have literally waited in line for 33 minutes before through the drive-through. These guys really need to get their act together or close up shop.
