Let's be real. If you're coming on here for fast food, it's to complain. I won't speak as harshly as most on here, but some big issues. The first couple five stars(have to scroll pretty far) are so obviously fake, I'm surprised they made it through the algorithm. Clearly they are receiving more mobile orders than they can handle. If the app gives us the choice to drive through or come in...we should have that choice, not be forced to come in regardless. If a mobile order is selected for drive through it should be treated as if it was just ordered and made. They made so many drive through orders after I arrived before my own. And there was about zero communication on a time frame. Barely any acknowledgement. There were 2 kids working the drive through, one of which was literally only handing out mobile orders and throwing sauce packets at someone in the back. I'd say train them to work the line....but maybe not. At a minimum some extra communication training and setting expectations. Asking customers to use the digital order when you're just standing there throwing packets.... Despite all that, the order was correct and portions were all fine. The ladies working the food line were working hard, while everyone else, really wasn't. Hmmmm. read more

So my husband brought me Taco Bell today and the only reason I'm making this review is because I tried several times to call the store and nobody answered. I got the Mexican pizza combo and whatever oil they're frying the Mexican pizza shell has plastic in it because my entire Mexican pizza taste like plastic . Now, when I go down to this store, there's usually a bunch of kids down there working and so they probably don't even pay attention and it's not their fault because their kids and they're doing what they do . My issue is with the management because not only does my food taste like plastic but when I'm trying to call the store to make them aware of this so they don't I don't know continue selling food that taste like plastic today. They can't even answer the phone???? It's not even about wanting my money back so just know if you eat at this Taco Bell those kids down there are probably throwing pens or whatever into the grease that they fry whatever they're doing and yeah your whole food is gonna taste like plastic straw or pen and you're not gonna wanna eat it read more

For today you get 5 stars. I don't know how long it's been since I have gotten an order that was correct from a fast food place including this one. Thank you for getting our order perfect. read more

Came to dine inside, no one was at the cashier. Made my order at the kiosk and it didn't even go through until I asked staff after a good 10 minutes. After getting my order through, I didn't receive my soda cup so I spoke up and got a very condescending answer from one employee claiming they were "off the clock". They were standing right next to the cups, it's not that hard to grab a soda cup. After I said "excuse me" again, the same worker repeated themselves, but I was talking to another nice young boy employee who kindly got my cup once he realized I was calling for him. God, he needs better coworkers that little boy was stressed! Tables were pretty clean but had a little stickiness to them. Took 15+ minutes for my food to get there and I only ordered two items along with my drink. read more

My name is Dillin Eichner I waited 2 hours for my cheesy streets and they never came :( I think some fat Asian kid took them so now I might have to beat him up due to my anger from not receiving my cheesy streets read more

Well, I've been sitting (stuck) in this drive through for 30 minutes and I've moved up one car. Hey management, if you have orders that are going to take 25+ minutes, maybe you can pull those vehicles so the rest of us can get our bean burritos. Or if you don't have enough trained employees, just close down for the day. This place is consistently, horribly slow. Feel bad for the kids working here - this is a lack of leadership & management. Will not be back. P.S. Order was completely wrong. read more

This location wouldn't know a correct order if it jumped up and slapped them in the face! Ordered on the APP and they still missed items! It's not like you have someone sitting in the drive through or at your counter waiting!!! Are you guys racing to see who can miss the most items? This is why all fast food employees deserve is minimum wage and no more! If you can't even pay attention enough to have some sort of quality control, you don't deserve a higher wage! It's not a hard job but it does take some sort of paying attention!!! Good Grief!! read more

Slowest service. Over 40 minutes for a mobile order. Do not recommend this location would give 0 stars.

What is the point of ordering on the Taco Bell app it the order gets filled only after you arrive? I ordered on the app at 7:04pm and arrived to pick up at 7:25pm. No customers in the store and one vehicle in the lane in front of me. So it was not busy. After I was handed the order, I asked why the food wasn't ready when I arrived since it was preordered well in advance. The check out guy told me he didn't know why, he doesn't make the food.... Really?? And to top it off, when I got home the order didn't even include the cinnamon twists I ordered. If you buy here, be sure to make sure you get what you paid for. Cuz the young folks running the shop do NOT seem take customer satisfaction very seriously. read more

They got me again. This will be the last time I go to this Taco Bell. They left items out and the food was disgusting. The prices have gone WAY up and the quality is way down. Ever since the huge price hikes I've pretty much given up traditional fast food. This place is not it. I will never go to this location again and I probably just won't eat Taco Bell again. Should be 0 starts for this loser location. read more

Waited 10 minutes in drive trough after they told me "hold on one second" . Drove off because no one came back.

LOL WHUT?! Drive thru only?! You've gotta be joking with all of us. We wanted to grab something quick and go but I guess it's too hard to do a walk in when everywhere else is open. KFC was walk in, what's the difference? Guess you like bad reviews eh? Hope you get over this fact and let people walk in so they don't make a mess in their cars read more

The food is so inconsistent here. For example the spicy potato tacos. I get one with 3 potatoes and the next time 8-10. We went tonight and I tried the power menu bowl. Legitimately was 90% lettuce. I probably got 6 pieces of chicken if that. :,) read more

They Never Open on Time, the Sign is On but they will not Answer, if you want something just Stop after 9:00am.

Stopped by at 2:30AM on Friday 11/23/19. Upon entering the lot I saw two workers inside (the drive thru is open until 4am). The second I pull up to the ordering screen, I get no answer for 5 minutes even with me talking. I then pull up to the pickup window in case they must have not seen me. Empty. No one standing by the window to serve any customer for the drive thru. I wait again for another 5 minutes. It was then clear to me that the two night shift workers were deliberately hiding. This is pretty strange... As I exit the drive thru I see that the two workers are hiding in the kitchen. There are zero orders on screen. Another car attempts to go through the drive thru and they experienced the same thing. No answer and no service. This TacoBell is open late for the drive thru yet they have employees on site that refuse to actually work? What kind of joke is this? Management needs to fire the two employees as they clearly are on shift yet are refusing to do their own jobs. If you are going to hire workers that don't even work, just close the whole drive thru and store down. read more

Can you do 0 stars? Drive thru teenager walked away from drive thru twice without saying a word. Once as I was handing him my cc and the other as I was leaving. Approximately 30 minutes I waited for 4 burritos on a Sunday night. There seemed to be some sort of lack in team work, communication, and leadership. Taco Bell - The time I ordered and the time I decided to start writing my review. Mind you still took and additional 10 minutes - Fast Food Near Me - Happy Valley, Oregon

It was hard to believe maybe a consequence of the current generation...but the manager something with the name of v i v.... was chastising the young employee for helping us at the cash register instead of making him make us go to the iPad computer... Which we were very uncomfortable with.... The employee was trying to help us an answer questions which the computer and every cut the manager was definitely out of line with the employee I'm not saying he was a model employee I'm just saying it is now an employee that'll leave prematurely.... This location already has an unfavorable review for very slow service. The food was fine the restaurant was clean and all other respects everything was fine other than the management. read more

While the employee at the drive thru window was polite the food was absolute sh*t! The burritos were less than half the size of what I got 8 months to a year ago. Literally everything was stripped down in size but I am being charged the same price. Then when I am handed my food they tell me there is a shortage of food and hot sauce. I get 1 packet per item, which is total B.S. you could tell the employees were miserable and it comes thru in everything they do. Until they can get their sh*t together avoid at all costs. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell ever. They always mess up our order no matter how many time we repeat the order.

Rude and horrible service! I came through drive thru last week paid for sour cream and didn't get it. Decided to try it again. Had my windows tinted so I couldn't roll down my windows and the last was rude told me I couldn't be in here. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I live in Happy Valley. The employees aren't too bad. I don't have any crazy stories like some other people on here, and I'm fully aware Taco Bell isn't a five star restaurant, but this Taco Bell in particular has consistently served negative experiences for me personally for a long time now. Same stuff a lot of other people are saying: Slow service, mixed up orders, inconsistent workers. Again, I get it, this is a fast food joint, I don't expect incredible... anything. But I DO expect somebody to answer me at the drive through within the first 10 minutes and to not get a bean burrito instead of a chicken one. I don't think that's too much to ask. The reason It's not one star is because the food has always been good when I eventually got it, even if it wasn't what I ordered ‍ I'd go somewhere else if I were you. P.S: I met the coolest fast food worker ever here, he was an older guy and he was hilarious. So if you run into him, that's a plus. read more
