I went lastnight and it was horrible service, i waited so long and my order was still wrong and the girls that was working the register was so rude than i ask for the manager and they said that he was busy so they called over a different guy and i don't know if he was a cook or not but he told me to "calm down " before i can even explain my problem then he said "i have to get everybody cars out of my drive thur before i work on anybody food in the lobby " but i was there so long going back and forth to my car i seen they cleared there drive thur 2 times and was starting to build back up while people was still ordering in the lobby it was just a mess honestly. read more

The NEW Cantina Chicken... it sucks when compared with the GRILLED chicken. It would have been nice to know when I ordered my chicken soft taco that they had replaced the grilled chicken with that CANTINA CRAP. I ordered my taco with "add tomato"... NOT add tomato AND onion. The first bite of my taco came with a nice size piece of something that I couldn't chew up! I have been enjoying the chicken soft taco for a long time, but I won't order it again. Lastnight was the worse , at 9pm until close i waited on uber eats order for a hour and 27 minutes for only 2 tacos it was so bad I declined all orders from this taco bell there was people in there before me that was upset that they was taking so long and they was just fooling around laughing talking about the guest how mad they were getting i got a whole video and was by far the worst experience I have ever seen in my life and i also asked for names and they questioned why and never mentioned there name . read more

So I just did the drive thru to avoid as much contact as possible and they did fine. I was down in the area and had to eat to take my meds and they were not as busy as some of the other places in the area. I believe they were operating a bit more efficiently than most and that was helping. I ordered a few different items and my order was done right. Everything tasted as expected and the price was right. Employees were wearing masks and they use a tray to hand you your order. I sat in my car in the parking lot to eat as others were doing and everything seemed to be being kept clean and tidy. read more

I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell. all my food was cold(not even slightly warmed) except my cridly ads which was so over fried n hard batman could've used it on his utility belt. I love this location! My boyfriend and I come to this location all the time and it's a shame lol but it's so close to our home we stop by for a quick bite. The staff knows us and they're amazing and friendly. Sometimes this place gets super packed but you know the food is always fresh and made to order. We come in and joke with the workers because sometimes we know they need it. We always order whatever box special they have or whatever combo and we never spend more than 15 dollars together. Good cheap meal. I always get cinnamon twists I know they arent the best for you but I cant help it lol read more

Good place to go through the drive-thru and get a cheap eat. Customer service is good. I just got a shredded mini chicken quesadilla and a Baja blast. I recommend the shredded mini chicken quesadillas but when ordering let the orders know to make sure that the cheese is melted. I just wish that the fruitistas and deals 1,2,3, and 4 were back on the menu. Overall good fast food restaurant with average customer service! read more

I had my friend over for dinner, he is vegetarian so I ordered all the tacos and burritos "vegetarian style" which replaced the beef for black beans. We were enjoying dinner and then all of the sudden my friend jumped up and threw up in the bag. It scared the crap out of me, turns out that the burrito that was supposed to be VEGETARIAN had BEEF! My friend who hasn't eating meat for more than 30 years was vomiting ALL NIGHT. I felt horrible. I ran to the Taco Bell to get an immediate refund... the employees kept asking if I wanted another burrito. I told them my friend is vomiting and will not eat TB again and I need a refund. Since I ordered on the app they said they couldn't refund me and they had to call someone and to pull around to the front. I waited and the guy came back out and whoever he spoke to told him that next time I have to call corporate to get a refund but he handed me the money. You made my friend sick all night, it could have been possibly worse since he hasn't had meat in his body for many years! Please read the substitutions on the orders correctly! Picked up an order here last night. Specifically said NO BEANS on the nachos because I am allergic. Two bites into the nachos what is there? BEANS. Within minutes I had hives all over my face, chest and neck. My lips were swollen and my airways were constricted. Thank god for my husband getting me the medicine I needed to help calm everything down. I get that maybe people say "NO_______" because they may not like it, and you might not think its a big deal, but in this situation it almost sent me to the hospital and cost me thousands of dollars in bills for $2.79 nachos that YOU carelessly made because you didn't bother to read the strip. I have reached out to you on every social media platform with NO RESPONSE. So do you just not care or have zero compassion? I'm so disappointed after everything I went through yesterday.
