The young man at the window was very interactive kind and professional, and that is rare to see that in young employees these days so I had to say something to commend this site for having such a respectable person at the window. Feels like I been working on this one for a long time. It's gone from 1-3 stars a few times lol. Sometimes on night shift, this is one of my only options because cookouts line is to the highway and I can't stand sheetz or McDonald's. They do a fine job lately at getting you through the line as opposed to say a few months ago when I would be there for my whole 30 minute break. However a new issue that's been occurring is the lack of meat in my chipotle wraps, tacos and all. I always give the benefit of the doubt as I used to work in food service, and I know how the standards can be and that's not on the employees. What is on the employees however is putting less than a gram in weight of chicken on my flatbread. This was the most disappointing thing I've ever ordered and didn't have to time to get something else and couldn't hold it because I had to eat for my break. Two of them like this. I understand they have a standardized way of doing things and have a certain amount of weight but this cannot be it. The employees at this location are the worst ever. They do not care about anything. They are rude. They walk past everyone at the counter and do not even ask if you need help. I had to ask 3 different people for help before I was acknowledged. My order is almost always incorrect. Even the manager is untrained and does not know how to talk to customers. Be careful when eating at this location. my father, little brother, and i went inside and my father noticed that one of the employees came from behind the counter with their gloves on & kept them on even when they went back to behind the counter. on top of that, other employees were sitting on kitchen appliances. i advise you all to look carefully when people are making your food. make sure fast food workers change their gloves, especially if they leave from the kitchen or behind the counter and enter back to the kitchen to make your food. thank god my dad had told my little brother and i to go to the car to "get something". but we actually left because of that. no wonder this location has such bad reviews. read more

I had no idea the rating here was so low. Many wrong orders in the complaints. As a matter of fact, that's my complaint. I've tried to be patient during the crisis, but enough is enough. I place mobile orders and pick up at the drive thru. The first time they said they didn't have my order even though the app said they did. The girl even caught a little attitude with me at the speaker. While I was talking to her, the app updated to "Order Ready". I drove up to the window and showed her my phone. She then handed me a bag of food and said that she thought I was "checking in an order" whatever that means. The next time I went thru it was smoother, but they shorted me a taco supreme. I have emailed them for a refund and waiting to hear back. They will refund my money! read more

This Taco Bell location is at a prime location on Bridford Parkway and Wendover Ave across the Home Depot parking. I ordered chicken Quesalupa, cantina veggie burrito and shredded chicken burrito. It was raining outside and I was the only customer inside. The order was ready in a flash. The Quesalupa was a let down. The cheese in the taco was spread uneven, had little taste and was more hype than anything. The taco itself was ordinary and so were the toppings. The burritos were better than the taco but nothing outstanding. My suggestion is to go across the street to Chipotle. read more

I normally enjoy Taco Bell food however tonight was the worst. I do not eat red meat and they put red meat on my Crunchwrap after I specifically ordered chicken. I also ordered a Veggie Mexican pizza that when I got home liter looked like dog food the beans were so dry and nasty looking. I ate the pizza and got halfway thru my wrap when I realized something tasted wrong. I have not had red meat in over 20 years and I am so angry that they screwed up my food. I attempted to call the location only no one picked up. I don't know if the food was bad because it was late or staff didn't care. I ended up vomiting my entire meal at least what I had consumed. I also ordered chalupas and a taco for my daughter and they had the wrong meats. If it was't for the fact I had picked up after I left work and live clear on the other side of town I would have gone back to give them all of their order back. That was close to $30 down the drain and I got home only to realize they didn't even bother to give me a receipt. I am totally disappointed as in the past I have always enjoyed Taco Bell.
