They gave me a small ass taco it's smaller than my pinky and it tastes so bad like dog shit

Horrible. Took more then 20 minutes to pick up a DoordDash Order. Didn't even apologize for the long wait. The Food from the other Delivery I was taking with it ended up Cold due to me having to wait in the Drive Thru line and I couldn't leave to see if the other Delivery was ready because I was stuck in the line. Definitely won't ever order from here. read more

I'm giving this site a 5 rating tonight because of my experience at the drive-through alone. The young man at the window was very interactive kind and professional, and that is rare to see that in young employees these days so I had to say something to commend this site for having such a respectable person at the window. I hope they see the value in this young man and I hope that he is always this kind to all of the customers and wherever he goes because it will take him far in life. Kudos to you sir! read more

This place smells horrid. Like sour soda. Hasn't been properly cleaned or daily cleaned in years. It's trashy, dirty, the seating is all damaged, the staff is rude and unprofessional and doesn't make the food correctly. There are zero reasons to ever give this particular Taco Bell your patronage. read more

I love ordering the Cravings Box deal through the app (it's only available via the app, not in the drive-thru or on the menu). The food at this location was really good! read more

Yes it is a fast food place. Yes it's Taco Bell. The entire order was inedible. It was as if they soaked the entire order in water. So soggy. I got the supreme luxe box. They also didn't give me the chips. I will not be going back. I'm still hungry. read more

I was attended by a woman who was on her phone and did not state a word to me. Turns out that she was on her personal phone talking to someone else. I had two orders. One was correct, the other was not. I asked to get it corrected and said that I already paid for it. Guess her personal phone call was more important. Rude. Disrespectful. Food was stale. I would turn around and fine a new place. read more

Feels like I been working on this one for a long time. It's gone from 1-3 stars a few times lol. Sometimes on night shift, this is one of my only options because cookouts line is to the highway and I can't stand sheetz or McDonald's. They do a fine job lately at getting you through the line as opposed to say a few months ago when I would be there for my whole 30 minute break. However a new issue that's been occurring is the lack of meat in my chipotle wraps, tacos and all. I always give the benefit of the doubt as I used to work in food service, and I know how the standards can be and that's not on the employees. What is on the employees however is putting less than a gram in weight of chicken on my flatbread. This was the most disappointing thing I've ever ordered and didn't have to time to get something else and couldn't hold it because I had to eat for my break. Two of them like this. I understand they have a standardized way of doing things and have a certain amount of weight but this cannot be it. Even my girlfriend's soft tacos (we work together sometimes) come to us with 95% lettuce and cheese and with a pinch of meat. read more

Taco Bell - Ain't no way. - Fast Food Near Me - Greensboro, North Carolina

We drove through tonight and told they were out of ice and lettuce.. which we decided to go through with. In turn we got items that were.. I don't even know what to say lol. After biting my Crunchwrap from two sides trying to get meat, I decided to open it up and they put the tiniest amount of beef I have ever seen. The tacos same thing. I don't even know if that's considered a taco anymore... $20 for shells and a sprinkle of cheese. read more

Slowest drive through ever. Been sitting here for 30 minutes with three cars ahead of me. There average wait per car is 10 minutes. Avoid there drive through at all cost. Food is always good but not worth this wait. read more

Worst fast food place I've ever been. Workers don't care, they move like sloths and act like they hate everything and everyone. They're rude and do not care about the food, most the time it comes out wrong. They never have anything - they probably do but just too lazy to deal with it. I have always loved Taco Bell but we have given this place more chances then it deserves. It says they close at 3:00am but they will randomly close anytime they please. Most Taco Bell's open early or at least by 10:30. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:45 and realized half the menu board was gone. I checked online and they open at 11 but I didn't hang around. I checked other reviews and it's bad. I won't return. read more

These are the only two items out of three people's orders that were correct we weren't even provided with all of the food that we ordered. It was for three people and I have three packets of sauce. They will not answer the phone. I and if you look closely enough my loaded taco burrito is burnt to a crisp on both sides so I guess I didn't get my meal right either read more

Taco Bell - Spicy tostada and loaded taco burrito. My order is correct. 2 other people ordered food and not provided - Fast Food Near Me - Greensboro, North Carolina

Dead plants in the parking lot and the sign missing a couple of menu panned should have been a clue. Got online and finally got to the menu board. They only have Sweet tea and water to drink. First two items they were out of. Rude staff and wrong order after all that. 2 minutes from the house but I won't be back. read more

They shut down on me while in line. Just closed the place down , taking no more orders....There was no indication that they were going to close...I haven't been back for a couple of years. Slowest Service Ever, Food tasted awful, waited over 30 minutes. Staff was on their phone and didn't care about getting anything done. Do not go to this place ever read more

The food was okay but the wait was SOOO long. Some of the employees were glued to their phones and talking loudly. We were about to ask for a refund when the food came. Won't be coming back here ever again, especially with the abundance of other food options in the area. read more

The employees at this location are the worst ever. They do not care about anything. They are rude. They walk past everyone at the counter and do not even ask if you need help. I had to ask 3 different people for help before I was acknowledged. My order is almost always incorrect. Even the manager is untrained and does not know how to talk to customers. I think the owner of this Taco Bell needs to be a little more involved in selecting and training his staff. They do not understand what customer service means. read more

I had an issue with an order placed through the Taco Bell app. When I called the "lady" that answered was rude and hung up on me.

Be careful when eating at this location. my father, little brother, and i went inside and my father noticed that one of the employees came from behind the counter with their gloves on & kept them on even when they went back to behind the counter. on top of that, other employees were sitting on kitchen appliances. i advise you all to look carefully when people are making your food. make sure fast food workers change their gloves, especially if they leave from the kitchen or behind the counter and enter back to the kitchen to make your food. thank god my dad had told my little brother and i to go to the car to "get something". but we actually left because of that. no wonder this location has such bad reviews. read more

Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes and can not escape. Don't go to this location. They must have one person doing everything

I had no idea the rating here was so low. Many wrong orders in the complaints. As a matter of fact, that's my complaint. I've tried to be patient during the crisis, but enough is enough. I place mobile orders and pick up at the drive thru. The first time they said they didn't have my order even though the app said they did. The girl even caught a little attitude with me at the speaker. While I was talking to her, the app updated to "Order Ready". I drove up to the window and showed her my phone. She then handed me a bag of food and said that she thought I was "checking in an order" whatever that means. The next time I went thru it was smoother, but they shorted me a taco supreme. I have emailed them for a refund and waiting to hear back. They will refund my money! read more

How do you forget sauce at Taco Bell? I felt too uncomfortable with the employees to go back for it even tho I realized while I was still in the par. ****update**** I went last night 1/1/2020 and there was a woman working drive thru, she was fast, friendly & got my order right!! Avoid this dump on Wendover ave in Greensboro!!!! Don't settle for the convenience, you will waste your time....they are slow as shit inside, as well as the drive thru sucks too.... FOOD? Oh please, it's the worst location ever and I mean ever....the food is stale, musky, and the Mexican pizza tastes and smells like an old ass can of paint!!! Yes paint...why bother going to Home Depot for that special scent of paint...stop by this location of Taco Bell in Greensboro (3rd largest city in the state) and order the Mexican pizza with beans and your palette will never be the same!!!! Avoid at all costs....unless u like the taste of paint! read more

This Taco Bell location is at a prime location on Bridford Parkway and Wendover Ave across the Home Depot parking. I ordered chicken Quesalupa, cantina veggie burrito and shredded chicken burrito. It was raining outside and I was the only customer inside. The order was ready in a flash. The Quesalupa was a let down. The cheese in the taco was spread uneven, had little taste and was more hype than anything. The taco itself was ordinary and so were the toppings. The burritos were better than the taco but nothing outstanding. My suggestion is to go across the street to Chipotle. read more

I am a vegan and have been to many Taco Bell's but this one is unacceptable. We walked in and had to wait for about 10ish minutes before we could even order.
