4/5 11:30pm. I know I should go somewhere else, but this place is right by me, and convenience gets the best of me. As always, Taco Bell stupidity abounds. Purple hair fat girl gave me the complete wrong order. Got home and realized it, had to go back and sit in line for another 10 min. They comped me 2 free tacos. I said there should be more. She said she could "only handle so much". (Obviously she cannot handle "so much", or anything else). Got home and the order was wrong again. We ordered the new vegan nacho cheese to try (some of my family members have severe allergies) and someone put multiple pieces of CHICKEN inside of the nacho cheese. I wish I was making this up. But they almost costed someone their life. I can't believe that they would offer a vegan- dairy free option and then make mockery of it. I called the store and left a complaint. I thought "finally, my children could experience a drive through option for them", yet someone thought it would be funny to mess with the food. I give up. It's been a while since I ordered from this Taco Bell. I was reminded by this order. We ordered a combo #1...3 tacos with LG. Mountain Dew. They are out of large cups, so medium was only option. No price adjustment, just take it or leave it. I also ordered a nachos bell grande and 2 taco supreme. Kid at the window had zero personality. No greeting, no thank you. And, I realized he didn't give me a receipt, after I got home. Once I got home NO TACO SUPREMES! Also, the nachos were about 80% tiny pieces. I routinely come to this taco bell for breakfast and they mess up 50% of the time. I always order steak am crunch wraps and every other time they put loaded potatoes instead of the advertised hash browns. I asked the manager why they do that and she replied with saying that's what we do when we are out of hash browns. So instead of telling the customer while they are ordering that they're out they instead give you something you didn't pay for. People will say potatoes are they same thing as hash browns but they taste completely different. I'm no longer playing games with this place. I am not going to waste my money here. read more

This place is terrible, doesn't deserve the one star. I live close and the beefy 5 layer is my fave, but I never get it. I order it but I receive crap. I always have to come back and receive attitude bcs THEY mess up my order. Tonight I doordashed this crap place and they send me crap. They do not know how to do orders. I ordered 3 meals for my family of 3. 1st order was 2 Steak chalupa and one hard shell taco. 2nd order was 2 hard shell tacos and 1 steak chalupa. My 3rd order was 4 chalupas and 1 quesadilla. They give me only 4 steak chalupa, 2 SOFT shell tacos, not hard. Luckily they charged me right but they didn't give me my receipt. The absolute best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The night crew (11 pm to 3 am) is the absolute BEST !!! They always remember sides and they always fill your food and make it beautifully thick. Truly an epitome of what Taco Bell should be. Just awesome and so fast and friendly and always serving with smiles on their faces. If you're going to Taco Bell in Greeley It is worth any of the drive to go to this one. They're always amazing and if your food is messed up or something is out that you normally order they will make up for it any way they can. This is why I still eat at Taco Bell! If you are looking to be in and out of the drive thru line, go to a different restaurant. I sat in line for an hour. Even though this was during the dinner rush, I think it's unacceptable to have to wait an hour for "fast food." Long wait in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of us and one in back. The were only three customer inside and they were eating so that was not the problem. The problem was the kitchen people were messing with the cashiers one of which was running around laughing .
