This wasn't our first choice but it was a much better one in retrospect. The customer service was beyond expectation for a fast food restaurant. The employee, Aspen, took time to check our food before giving it to us. He noticed the Root beer color was off and offered us a new drink and a free taco for the inconvenience. Acknowledging that customers should be compensated extends a level of care to the customers that you usually don't find in a quick pace environment. Most often people have to complain and request compensation even when the error is a major inconvenience. In addition the quality and amount of food that we received for only $10 is shocking for 2022. Definitely will go back to this Taco Bell especially since the wait in line from beginning to end was less then 8 min and everything was hot/fresh. read more

A co-worker who is Deaf went through the drive-thru at 10:15pm last night. He drove to the window with a picture of his order and the person at the window refused to accept his order and told him he had to drive back around. The lobby was already closed. Just plain ignorance. Do better. read more

This is my third- fourth time in a row going to taco bell and my order being messed up. I called up there the first couple times and last time I was called a liar; well we went back there today for the first time in a while and we always get #6 (two chalupas and a crunchy taco) we always have subbed out chalupas for beef instead of chicken.. once again today out order was messed up. not only was the #6 wrong but so was the luxe box. I almost never post reviews, because generally I assume when you get bad service people are just having an off day and probably doing their best. But, Yelp needs 0 stars for this one. The Taco Bell app didn't get my wife's combo added in pulled up in the drive through and they asked if it looked right. I thought it did but the text is so small now that I couldn't really see it. As soon as I pull up to the window I realize on my phone it didn't have her combo. So when they open the window I said that the app messed up and didn't add her combo. I just needed to order that. They said because of window times they could not add an order I would have to drive around the building and pull back through. (There was no one behind me at this time) I said I just needed to add the combo I wasn't gonna drive around the building to do that when their app messed up. The young lady went to get a manager ( a manager just to add an order) The manager who refused to give a name and said they don't have to because of corporate policy, it's why they don't wear name tags now, said because I said my order looked right it was my fault and I would have to drive back around. (By this time there is a line of cars and I could have had my correct order and been on the way home.) I started to tell her that I worked in food service for years and that wasn't very good customer service, but I didn't get a chance to because she slammed the window while I was talking and walked away. So I gently knocked on the window and she rolled her eyes and had another guy come answer. I asked if it was good customer service to slam the window and walk away when a customer is talking. She yelled from the back I didn't slam the window on you. (She did) I asked for the store number since they wouldn't give out names, he said he didn't know it. I asked for a receipt since they always ask you to do a review at Taco Bell on the receipt and it has the store number he said he didn't think they could print receipts from a mobile order. (I know they can because I have needed to turn in a receipt for work before from my mobile order) anyway this gentlemen was unhelpful but at least polite unlike the manager. So long story short my wife did not get her combo, this manager who refuses to give her name was extremely rude, and their window time was now way way longer than it would have been to simply place the order and give me the food that I had ordered on the app. read more

We wanted to make 3 different orders as we are coming with 1 car as we are international students. We arrive and ask her nicely, she says why do you always want so many different orders in a super mean tone like we did something wrong when it's not even an effort for them. It's just discrimination for international students while making sure that the university is put on the map here with sports teams and then we are treated like that is just intolerable. I have worked there. Orders were always wrong. They are notorious for this. People would get the cleaning chemicals mixed up and use the bathroom chemicals on the grill. It was always dirty. Our headsets didn't work correctly so we could barely communicate with customers. There was a timer on the inside, above the drive-thru window. We had to get each customer through as fast as possible for maximum profit, even if that meant there order was screwed up. You could eat like a king for under five bucks...even if it does taste like saw dust and horse meat. Lol read more
