Drive-thru taken. Ordered the chicken power bowl. The worker was kind. The line moved quickly. I paid for the order and the worker was masked and nice. Short wait. On a busy Wednesday night I decided to come through the drive-through to get my daughter and I some tacos. I noticed that the drive-through was pretty busy and there were a lot of cars but I decided to go ahead and order food anyway. The drive-through is well lit and away from any other traffic so it's pretty convenient. The menu is the classic menu for Taco Bell it has the dollar craving value menu. They also had some new items I ordered the limited time nacho fries. My order was not too pricey it is what I expected to pay all so the food was warm and fresh and very tasty. I got Doritos Loco's taco which is a taco that has a shell that's coded with a cheese powder just like the chips that are Doritos taste so good. All the drive-through employees and staff were so courteous and nice. I will definitely return when I'm in the mood for tacos. read more

Alright I'm being generous with the two star review here, but that's only because I've had really good breakfast Crunchwraps from this location. The line is always extremely long, the people hastily take your order, and the food NEVER comes out correctly. This time I ordered a 5-layer burrito and a Crunchwrap supreme for my boyfriend and a chicken quesadilla for myself. I didn't get a picture of the crunch wrap but it was extremely flat and lacking filling. My quesadilla tells its own story. It was cut into 4 pieces and all but one piece was just tortilla. No cheese, no chicken, nothing. The one redeemable piece of quesadilla didn't make up for this. I didn't even want to go back and ask for a replacement because of the lines. I understand it's fast food and the food doesn't necessarily hold the same quality through the day but it was only 7:30 pm so I still had higher expectations than this. I took them back and told them they were cold and they proceeded to open each one and check and then counted them. Horrible customer service. Order constantly wrong or missing items. Once when i ordered online through their app, they charged me, then when my boyfriend went to pick it up they said they had no order for us. I was on the phone with him as he talked to them and they just kept telling him we had to call the 800 number and they couldn't help. I called the number and they were closed so I called the store and spoke to the manager and she said "oh yeah the guy who came to pick it up said he cancelled his order and didn't need anymore" when I told her I was on the phone and heard everything she started stumbling and I ended up hanging up. I've emailed corporate but they don't even respond so guess they don't care. The guy who works the drive thru is an a**hole who will just lie to your face.
