I go to this location often after a long work trip. Always order through the app. On today's visit I arrived at order menu, gave my name and confirmed what I saw on the screen was correct. When I got to the window they were confused whose order was next. I told them my order. Frankie the woman at the window said my order would be up soon. No worries. The manager on duty or who they told me was the manager comes out and says I would have to go back around because I never gave my name at the order menu. I was confused I did give my name and confirmed my order! I tried to explain but he was rude and unapologetic. I was not going to go back around. I parked and went into the store. Frankie then saw me inside and brought me my order. She was not rude but apologized for the mistake. I asked for the store managers name and was told that the person who was at the window was the manager. I asked for his name and did not recieve that. As the manager you should be setting an example of great customer service and taking care of issues in a professional manner. This manager did none of those things. Sending a customer to go back around to fix a mistake that his team made. It was the way it was handled and communicated. Do better! And let's hope corporate sees this review and I'll be having a conversation with your boss soon. read more

Put a limit on your sauce (like MCD) instead of complaining b*tch! Don't tell me what to do! I don't care if your Taco Bell sauce inventory is low. That's your store problem! Bad customer service! Approximately 4pm Food is always a 5 star for me when it comes to TacoBell. But the review is cause of the service. The cashier was helping someone else when we walked up so we decided to order from the kiosk and chose to pay with cash. As soon as we turned around the cashier walked away after noticing us. We stood and waited to be helped. The drive thru lady kept looking at us but didn't really flag anyone else down. Which I won't blame her, I worked drive thru once before. Best Taco Bell ever, all Taco Bell's have recently went through a menu change, and that means 9 items have recently been taken off their menu, which includes double decker tacos. I went to a lot of Taco Bell's being told they don't make them and they won't do anything to make them. Until I went to this Taco Bell and they hooked me up with them. I had to pay a little extra since it's added parts to a taco, which I totally understand and is cool, especially since I've been all over every Taco Bell being told they won't make any for any reason.
