Waited in line for an hour and while waiting a girl is actively on her phone and also trying to get a vape out of another worker's pocket

I placed a $20 order through the drive thru on Jan 3, 2023 at 5:00pm. After my mother and I opened our Mexican pizzas they looked horrible, there was no meat, refried beans only and they appeared to have been sitting awhile under a heat lamp because the cheese was all gommed on top. We tried a few bites and confirmed that not only were they cold but they both tasted like they were fried in old grease. Neither one of us could eat them. I was infuriated after spending money on the mess. My mother went to open her tacos that came with the meal and the shells on both tacos were crushed, it was so bad there was nothing to pick up. As she opened the paper wrapped around the tacos, the lettuce, cheese and broken shell pieces fell all out from the wrapper. After we consumed just a few bites of the Mexican pizza , we immediately closed the boxes, it tasted so bad. About an hour later my elderly mother said the old oil taste was making her nauseous and she ended up vomiting. I was also nauseous from the after taste but never vomited. I immediately contacted Taco Bell's main office to file a complaint and requested a full refund. We are not interested in receiving coupons or free food from this location, We requested a refund. I was concerned that we may have gotten food poisoning but my mother got sick only the one time. Prior to this incident at this location, I had ordered 1 Doritos crunchy taco and a Diet Pepsi two weeks prior on my lunch break: my dorito taco shell was also crushed and they were out of diet Pepsi. So obviously someone is crushing the shells on purpose. It is not going to happen that often. My mother ordered a root beer with her meal and like my Diet Pepsi I ordered on the previous visit, they stated they were out of root beer on this visit. We will not be returning!!! read more

EVERYTIME we go to this taco bell they screw multiple things up. Tonight there was 1 vehicle in front of me in drivethru....20 MINUTES~that's ridiculous. Asked for tomatoes on side for a nachos bel grande...got charged for them~had them remove it (still got them~glad about that at least~details in a moment) Ordered another nachos bel grande~no beans extra beef, a number 3 (3 taco supremes) Get home~we live about 6 minutes away. There weren't tomatoes on anything ~and everything was COLD~like the meat was possibly room temp when made then the lettuce made it colder? Nachos both were DRENCHED in nacho cheese~so wet that the only half crisp nachos were the ones were around edges. It's all just terrible ~as usual. We took a chance going tonight as we thought that the dinner rush would be over~which it was...I feel like maybe Pur food was made right when we ordered ~but not given till 20 minutes later. Ordered a pepsi with the combo~got a Sierra Mist. They gave me the pepsi and got to keep the wrong drink too. If you are looking for a job and aren't an idiot~apply here and redeem this TERRIBLE location. read more

I don't know why I come here anymore. I think after today I won't. Half of the time the order is wrong, the most of the time the wait is 20+ minutes. For a fast food taco, it's just not worth it anymore. They need to redo the whole staff, starting with management for ineffective leadership, then replace all the crew for indifference. read more

Fast, friendly service and a decent quick breakfast on the go. Sometimes you just need breakfast in a hurry and Taco Bell serves this purpose. The employee who took my order had no problem with my request to make it vegetarian, which definitely adds a star. Very clean dining room. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! ate there on our way home last night, my 9 year old and i have been up since 3am puking. Contacting health department ASAP 14 hours of vomiting and a trip to the ER, cultures show my daughter and i ate bacteria that is common with unclear conditions, and/or meat being left in unsafe temperatures. I try not to eat here to often. This is my go to if I'm in a hurry, short on cash, or drunk. The food is cheap, as is the quality (just once I'd like to get a burrito that looked like the one on the menu!) but you know that walking in (or pulling in). It's not any cleaner or dirtier than your average Taco Bell. Their service is ok as is the food. Not my favorite but it works in a fix. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Franklin, Indiana

The people are very polite and friendly, and my obnoxiously customized orders are generally correct. Hence the third star. However, the drive through takes forever to get through. I have been here on many occasions over the years and always regret not just going inside. In fact, I am writing this in the drive through, after waiting more than 20 minutes (with one more car to go). I wonder if they are often understaffed, as I'm sure it's hard to keep people in the service industry. I appreciate the staff's professionalism but would encourage more speed and resources on drive through. read more

This is probably one of my least favorite places to eat in Franklin. The drive through line is always a mile long. They manage to mess something up everytime I go in (which is not often). The food is sometimes good, but most of the time it isn't prepared well. I want to like it, but it seems to fail everytime. read more

WORST customer service I've ever experienced with Taco Bell. I wasn't satisfied with my order so I went back and asked for them to either fix it or give me a refund and they refused to do either. The manager had an attitude when I just simply asked for them to fix the order that I just paid extra for and his response was he made the order himself and refused to accept that I wasn't satisfied. LOCK THE DOORS AND TURN OFF THE LIGHTS. ordered in dining room at 12:08 PM. Recd my 5 items at 12:44 pm. Correct 36 minutes for a simple carry out order at T Bell. Management is completely ill equipped to run this place. Poor young lady working the register was in tears. After I placed my order the mgr told her to set 20-30 minute expectations for anyone ordering - Then she went and LOCKED THE DOORS so no one else could enter. AT 12:15 - DURING LUNCH! If the owners only knew what was happening here...I give it 6 more months tops and this prime location will be available. read more

Make sure you check your order before you leave your drive-through window. This store has a constant issue with messing your order up giving you food at all. Double check your receipt to make sure they do not charge you for more than what you wanted. read more

Slowest Taco Bell everrrrrrrr. 20 minutes to get 6 cars through the drive thru. This is not the only time this has happened.

Longest drive-thru I have ever waited in. Terribly slow. They ask you for sauce and then they don't give it to you.

DO NOT go here on lunch break! I was there waiting for my food on the inside for over 20 mins! I watched one person get a refund and leave, several people just walked out before even ordering, and an employee walked out on her shift making a scene on her way out. All the industrial businesses around the area bring in a lot of foot traffic during lunch break times to all restaurants in the area, but this TB location is fairly small- so even if you do get your food, you might not have anywhere to sit to eat. Ultimately I think this TB needs new management! And watch out for the gremlin of an employee, Susie. If she is having a bad day, YOU'LL KNOW! (I could review on that time also, but I won't...it was bad) I really wish this taco bell would step up their game. On a lighter note, and per the 2nd star, their food is always good. Hot and delicious, might get my order wrong here and there but they always fix it without issues. read more

Ordered ahead in the app and went through the drive thru to get food on my 30 minute lunch break. There were 3 cars ahead of me and it took over half my break to get through the line and get my food. It's ridiculously slow. Wouldn't come here if I was in a hurry. read more

If you go there in late afternoon\evening, you have to wait forever and food order is usually wrong.

I was stuck in the drive-up lane for 25 minutes due too bad slow service. I called and they said that had a lot of orders. I was stuck 3 cars back and seen everything that went on. Just terrible service. Young kids not getting their jobs done... Won't be going back anytime soon.... read more

It took 22 minutes to receive my food. They had 9 people working that I could see 1 making the food for in dining and 1 supervisor sitting in the office. They were busy which I understand but they were not paying attn to the in- dining customers only rushing the drive thru. When people were asking for their money back I was talking to a customer and said "the bad thing is the 1 making our food has no help and she is doing a great job while the others stand around an talk" This was to a cust the sup came out of the off to chime in and said no there are two working on your food. The cust said well you need to tell cust it will be 25 min before ordering. I agreed with the cust and the Sup became smart alec and mouthed off saying we are busy. I understand this when i said they really needed to have more help mumbled under her breath at us. I said "I will be filing a corp complaint" to which she put her hand up in the air and said something. She was very unprofessional. I will never come back to this store again and I expect something to be done about this. Her name is Sabrena - Shift Leader. II am appauled by the customer service and very disappointed.
