It's usually hard to go wrong with Mexican and less risk than BBQ. It turned out to be a great recommendation! Inside looks like a cl3an and festive Mexican joint! The salsa was flavourful and rich. And even in Illinois, Mexican restaurants still have the best sweet tea. I went with Enchiladas LA Paz. It was a beef enchilada, carnitas enchilada, and a chicken enchilada. They were smothered in green sauce, red sauce, and cheese sauce. The carnitas one was superior to the other two. But the other two were good too! I had shiny, tasty rice and perhaps the best refried beans I've ever had from a Mexican restaurant. I was honored to be the first to review this diamond on Yelp.
