We tried asada fajitas, chips with pico, and a baja fish buritto. The tomatillo green salsa was my favorite. Everything was excellent. Only one suggestion would be they should make their guac fresh or make it a guacasalsa. I did not like the processed sauce they served as guacamole. Make it fresh or take it off menu and just make more variety of salsas instead. All in all the food here was outstanding. No pic because we ate it all yummmmmmmmm

We arrived around 7:45pm on a Saturday night and it was busy with a FIFA game on the TV. The staff were friendly and we got a table after they cleaned one for us. Really cute authentic Mexican joint run by friendly hard working Mexicans. Each table gets served complimentary chips with salsa, which was amazing. I asked how much to get an extra side of salsa and the waiter told me they don't sell it but for me, he'll get me another free side of salsa. My boyfriend ordered two soft tacos and I got the chicken enchiladas with green salsa plus a lingua (beef tongue) soft taco as I needed leftovers for lunch the next day. We also asked for waters and a grapefruit soda. The food arrived pretty quickly and I really enjoyed the rice, refried beans, and the chicken enchiladas. A lot of Mexican joints have dry chicken but the chicken here is juicy and flavourful. The beef lingua taco was okay - not outstanding but not bad. Their hot salsa and creama sauce were outstanding though - we asked for extra to take home with my enchiladas leftovers. One of the servers forgot our water, soda, and extra salsa but we managed to get it after awhile. He was extremely apologetic but no biggie. Great friendly service with solid food - this might be one of my favourite new spots in Surrey.

I've had beef tripe in the past and it has never had a smell or taste (it's just supposed to have a chewy texture). Unfortunately, I was not able to finish my soup. However, the quesabirria was really good and extremely cheesy. I do wish the consommé was more acidic and salty (it just kind of tasted like beef broth). The staff were super nice though and I would come back again to try some other menu items!

They had plenty of their beer on tap. There were at least 9 choices. I went with their sour after tasting it and a few hazy ipas. The tacos were good. The chicken was the best and the fish was also good. I wouldn't get the pork taco again. The street fries were okay. They were a little dry. All in all a great experience.

Apparently its more than twice the floor space as their current location in Port Moody. They plan to open up a patio in the back of their location soon. They officially launch this August 28 with 1 free new flavored margarita with your meal. The bright decor and ambience was warm and inviting. It won't be long before this new location is shared with everyone. If you crave authentic Mexican food, this restaurant will meet or exceed your expectations.

The bang bang shrimp bowl (5 stars) is absolutely delicious and one of our go tos; I just wish it came in different sizes. It's not quite enough for those of us with bigger appetites, and just slightly too much for my wife's. But it leaves other fast food bowls in the dust Their crispy fish works better as a burrito than a bowl. Their crispy fish Burrito is as good as any of the fish tacos I've had at local dine in restaurants, which is impressive. 4.5 stars In a bowl, you get 2 large pieces; it would have been better if there had simply been more, smaller pieces. But delicious nonetheless. Crispy fish burrito 4.5 stars, bowl 4 stars. On the flip side, their bang bang shrimp makes for the best bowl (5 stars), but it tends to be less crunchy a burrito (4.25 stars) Haven't tried their pulled pork in a bowl yet, but it's absolutely smashing in a burrito, 4.75 stars. Extreme Fries: fries with the works (beef, salsa, sour cream) taste good, but nothing special. 3.75 stars Crispy Chicken Burrito: excellent, demands Buffalo sauce (of course). The tacos are excellent across the board, the guacamole is fresh, the nachos come loaded, and you should absolutely save room for the churros because they're some of the best I've had.
