I enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly, probably the friendliest I've ever gotten from a Taco Bell. Kudos for that grace! My food was good. I got a to-go order, and they had it right. By and large, the restaurant was clean. The salsa packets had melted together, or there was some syrup that had leaked out and gotten on most of them (both in the mild and in the hot buckets). Not the end of the world, but a bit gross. This Taco Bell supposedly does breakfast, but when I came by at 7:30 AM once, they weren't yet open. I would come here again. Thank you Taco Bell for the Food Poisoning Yes, i know it's taco bell. I didn't just get a stomach ache or something like that. I could not stop projectile vomiting for almost 24 hours. I would have gone to the hospital if I could afford to (that's another conversation) The next night, I could finally keep down a handful of cheerios and pedialyte. It was all I ate that day, and the vomiting started about 3-4 hours after I ate. I ordered 4 crunchy chicken tacos with chicken only and one of their desserts. They didn't add my desserts, and the tacos had lettuce and cheese, but I still ate them because i was so hungry. never again, taco bell! Yes, the drive-thru line may be occasionally slow and long, but they always make sure my order is correct, give me plenty of sauce, and ensure that my food is prepared so well that the employees would be happy to eat it themselves. You know. I've had bad experiences at this Taco Bell before. Ordering a burrito with no onions and receiving one with them on it. That sort of nonsense. However within the past year and through the mobile app I am easily able to place orders and receive them quickly. My order has been made according to what I have asked for time and time again in the recent months. On January 14th, 2022 at 3:50pm, which is right now, I placed an order on my Taco Bell app. Usually it defaults to the same location close to me, but this time it placed at a farther location. A worker, I think the manager, I couldn't catch his name was very understanding and helpful. He was able to make the order for me at this location. The person checking whether my mobile order was placed or not was very welcoming, as he engaged with me in conversation and bid me a good day. Great staff members and as always great food! Worst. Taco. Bell. Ever. I have lived in Dallas, ga for almost a year and this is one of 5 places to eat within a reasonable distance of my home. The drive through service takes a minimum of 15 mins every time and there is a 50/50 chance of them getting even the simplest of orders correct. Order a Bean Burrito, add beef, no onions and there may be onions, there may be no beans. Hell, I've even gotten no beef and beans and had only onions and sauce and cheese. Management should be fired and staff retrained. I don't expect rocket science from a Taco Bell Employee, but I do expect competency with making a god dang burrito. read more

I really like this Taco Bell. Before it came to Dallas I used to have to travel to the one in Hiram. For it to have so little stars we would not be able to tell that this place isn't doing great. The absolute worst Taco Bell and the worst corporate structure. I ordered online for an in-store pick up. Got home and they did not provide four items. We tried - for 20 minutes - to call but no one answered. I took the bag and receipt back and showed them the items I did not receive. Without even grunting in my direction, they took the receipt over to the food prep line. After 15 minutes, I went to the counter and stated that I no longer wanted the items, and could they just refund the money. This is when they told me the website was a third-party site and they could not refund my money. They said there was nothing they could do. Then I was told to call the 800 number on my receipt. Guess what - they were closed. I demanded my money back, and some young kid told me there was nothing they could do - and it wasn't a big deal anyway. So - buying $36 of food from a TACO BELL branded website, driving to get an incomplete order, calling for over 20 minutes without an answer, then returning to the store to wait another 15 minutes - and them being told THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO????? Really? The smart-mouth kid who said it was no big deal threw a $10 bill at me and walked away. The food her is typical quasi mexican american fare. Its all very salty especially the Lacos Tacos. The problem with the location is that its dirty. The tables are always dirty and on our last visit, and it will be our last, you literally had to kick food/garbage out of the way to walk and sit. Just really gross here. I just went there and they charged me for a Chalupa instead of a Gordita crunch.. yes it costs a little more but I was more upset about biting into a cold not Gordita crunch then paying for a chalupa. They're constant about just simply charging for an item and not giving it to you. I've gone before and was charged for an empanada and didn't get it.
