It seems like this Taco Bell always gets my order wrong no matter the day employee or time just none of them will listen or are a rude over the intercom in the drive-through. Seems like every time I order a supreme taco I get charged for the supreme, but I never get my supreme. I will never be eating at this Taco Bell again because I'm wasting my time and money here. from now on, I will be making my own tacos so I get what I paid for. read more

Terrible service gave us no silverware to eat with and my order was wrong twice and missing things. Ordering was a hassle as the machines were slow and many people waited 20 plus minutes for small orders. I had to speak loudly to even get an employee's attention. DO BETTER WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN. 8:05 on April 27th 2026. read more

Service is terrible. it's my fault to keep going back but with it being the closest this will be the last for this location. Multiple times I've been in and it's taken more than 30 minutes whether I order it ahead or order on the kiosk. I mean I guess I shouldn't expect anymore out of Taco Bell but come on. "Fast food" lol they losethe fast part at this location! read more

The food was ok. Not really hot. But edible. The restaurant was extremely dirty. There were two or more tables that still had food garbage left on them that was never picked up Very disappointing. Another one of my favorite places is going downhill and not worth eating at anymore. read more

Solid Taco Bell. Masks are worn. Drive tru is moderately fast. I'd say if you k ow this location, it's just as fast as it has been before. read more

Rude service. Will not be back. At 1:58 we were told the happy hour price at 2 didn't count. We went for the happy hour.

Love the Burrito without cheese. Meat beans onions and rice with Red sauce. They have not failed me yet. Food always Fresh and Hot. Ppl are friendly and courteous. Glad they are in the area on my way home. Take advantage of their Happy Hour drinks for $1. Never been inside but I was told it is nice and clean. read more

I enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly, probably the friendliest I've ever gotten from a Taco Bell. Kudos for that grace! My food was good. I got a to-go order, and they had it right. By and large, the restaurant was clean. The salsa packets had melted together, or there was some syrup that had leaked out and gotten on most of them (both in the mild and in the hot buckets). Not the end of the world, but a bit gross. This Taco Bell supposedly does breakfast, but when I came by at 7:30 AM once, they weren't yet open. I would come here again. Probably one of the best Taco Bells I've experienced. read more

Thank you Taco Bell for the Food Poisoning Yes, i know it's taco bell. I didn't just get a stomach ache or something like that. I could not stop projectile vomiting for almost 24 hours. I would have gone to the hospital if I could afford to (that's another conversation) The next night, I could finally keep down a handful of cheerios and pedialyte. It was all I ate that day, and the vomiting started about 3-4 hours after I ate. I ordered 4 crunchy chicken tacos with chicken only and one of their desserts. They didn't add my desserts, and the tacos had lettuce and cheese, but I still ate them because i was so hungry. never again, taco bell! Currently trying to get hydrated again, I don't remember the last time I have been that sick or felt so weak. read more

I don't know why this Taco Bell currently has such a low rating. Yes, the drive-thru line may be occasionally slow and long, but they always make sure my order is correct, give me plenty of sauce, and ensure that my food is prepared so well that the employees would be happy to eat it themselves. My nachos are always loaded with goodness, my tacos are always filled, and my belly is always full. Go to this Taco Bell for great customer service because of employees who never forget the spork! read more

Awesome service and great food!! After being put off by another TB about 8 miles away, this one really showed up for us. Enjoyed the food and employees!! Highly recommend, along with Skylar representing them it was enjoyable!! read more

Taco Bell is always great regardless of what people may try to tell you. Affordable, available, delicious. Good food at a good value.

My order was mistaken but I'm sure it was partially my fault. Jaylen Anderson was very apologetic and helpful and is well deserving of a raise!!! This is the greatest service I've EVER received at a Taco Bell and it's all thanks to this man. read more

Don't order more than four items! They will forget items from your order. I had to come back because they didn't put my cinnamon twists and cheesy Gordita crunch in the bag. She even said all items were in the bag! No they weren't! I tried calling five times and no one answered. Finally had to come in. ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU PULL OFF read more

Don't bother ordering from this restaurant especially on the app. After a couple attempts to order delivery through the Taco Bell app my order has been delayed then eventually cancelled. Also forget getting in contact with them since they never answer the phone. read more

You know. I've had bad experiences at this Taco Bell before. Ordering a burrito with no onions and receiving one with them on it. That sort of nonsense. However within the past year and through the mobile app I am easily able to place orders and receive them quickly. My order has been made according to what I have asked for time and time again in the recent months. On January 14th, 2022 at 3:50pm, which is right now, I placed an order on my Taco Bell app. Usually it defaults to the same location close to me, but this time it placed at a farther location. A worker, I think the manager, I couldn't catch his name was very understanding and helpful. He was able to make the order for me at this location. The person checking whether my mobile order was placed or not was very welcoming, as he engaged with me in conversation and bid me a good day. Great staff members and as always great food! Thanks so much read more

This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to.. the manager needs to get replaced! They gave me the complete wrong order and gave me no sauce. I come up to the door and simply ask "can I get some sauce, you have gave me the wrong order but I'm willing to try it just give me any kind of sauce" they tell me to go all the way around and I said "to the window?" and they told me no, to wait in line all over again.. I can clearly see another black dude saying "just give him the sauce" and the white (so called) manager, says no and tells me to wait in line again for sauce.. I'm a black kid and this was 100% racially motivated, I will not stop until this is acknowledged and someone has done something about it.. this is not the first time I've felt my damn skin color is the reason why I get treated the way I do at this store! read more

They are slow and always leave something out when i order. No matter weather they are busy or not.

white chick with black hair running the drive thru has an uncalled for c u n t attitude, after waiting in line made us circle around again like it doesn't take more than a minute, two max, to make a simple burrito. maybe she needs to separate work life and outside work life? seems unfit to work customer service, while my bf and i were nothing but understanding for the missing item. read more

Worst. Taco. Bell. Ever. I have lived in Dallas, ga for almost a year and this is one of 5 places to eat within a reasonable distance of my home. The drive through service takes a minimum of 15 mins every time and there is a 50/50 chance of them getting even the simplest of orders correct. Order a Bean Burrito, add beef, no onions and there may be onions, there may be no beans. Hell, I've even gotten no beef and beans and had only onions and sauce and cheese. Management should be fired and staff retrained. I don't expect rocket science from a Taco Bell Employee, but I do expect competency with making a god dang burrito. read more

I wish I could rate this zero stars. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to . They are so rude , and they rush you if you need time to see what you want . I went there tonight and there was literally a rock in my food. I've never in my life experienced this . I don't know if someone put it there , or if it was just there for some reason but I cracked A tooth . Like this is ridiculous. When I called to report this issue the manager asked me what I want her to do about it . Like the level of unprofessionalism mixed with the terrible food makes me want to cry . Now I have to get a tooth fixed over a potato taco.Theres always a problem when I come to this location . If you want old lettuce , cold food, and pieces of rocks in your food come to this location. read more

I really like this Taco Bell. Before it came to Dallas I used to have to travel to the one in Hiram. For it to have so little stars we would not be able to tell that this place isn't doing great. It is always packed with people inside and through the drive-thru. My order has always been right. The attendance at the window have always been courteous and polite. read more

We go here all the time, and the service is always great. Super fast, and no one blinks an eye when I ask for different menu items without the meat. They've never gotten our order wrong, and they do it with a smile on their face. We were just talking, the other day, how if the people were any nicer there, they'd seem like they were being sarcastic. read more

The absolute worst Taco Bell and the worst corporate structure. I ordered online for an in-store pick up. Got home and they did not provide four items. We tried - for 20 minutes - to call but no one answered. I took the bag and receipt back and showed them the items I did not receive. Without even grunting in my direction, they took the receipt over to the food prep line. After 15 minutes, I went to the counter and stated that I no longer wanted the items, and could they just refund the money. This is when they told me the website was a third-party site and they could not refund my money. They said there was nothing they could do. Then I was told to call the 800 number on my receipt. Guess what - they were closed. I demanded my money back, and some young kid told me there was nothing they could do - and it wasn't a big deal anyway. So - buying $36 of food from a TACO BELL branded website, driving to get an incomplete order, calling for over 20 minutes without an answer, then returning to the store to wait another 15 minutes - and them being told THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO????? Really? The smart-mouth kid who said it was no big deal threw a $10 bill at me and walked away. This place is horrendous and their business practices have nothing to do with enhancing customer service. Avoid them. This happened on 2/18/2021 at 7:30 PM read more

The food her is typical quasi mexican american fare. Its all very salty especially the Lacos Tacos. The problem with the location is that its dirty. The tables are always dirty and on our last visit, and it will be our last, you literally had to kick food/garbage out of the way to walk and sit. Just really gross here. They should pay one person just to keep the lobby clean. read more

I stopped by tonight on the way home from work to grab my boyfriend some food. I don't have high expectations from fast food restaurants due to the horrible experiences I've had with customer service. Tonight was different! I met Mary. She definitely brightened my night and gave me a different opinion on standards in the fast food industry with her attitude! Thanks, Mary! read more

I just went there and they charged me for a Chalupa instead of a Gordita crunch.. yes it costs a little more but I was more upset about biting into a cold not Gordita crunch then paying for a chalupa. They're constant about just simply charging for an item and not giving it to you. I've gone before and was charged for an empanada and didn't get it. Just go to the one on Crossroads, newer and much better responsible staff. read more
