Just tried the new breaded chicken wrap. Sounded pretty good. Not the case here at least. Chicken at 4 pm was hard as a rock and charred/burned. Maybe during meal time when they're turning over the inventory regularly it'll be better than a D+. read more

We pulled to order lunch, they asked if we were using a mobile app and we said no. We start to give them our order then someone interrupted us and asked about the mobile app again and once again we said "No, we already said that.". A worker began to mock us and was very disrespectful and unprofessional. read more

One out of five stars. Why? The worker didn't even say a word to me when I pulled around to the window. Their seemingly two workers sloppily put together our meal, forgot the second sauce, and put all the meat in the burrito on one corner. My light ice drink had no ice and was room temperature. I simply wanted Taco Bell while on a trip away from home and all I received was cheesy disappointment. read more

Taco Bell - Sloppy. - Fast Food Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

It took 20 minutes because there was only two workers and they were not making dine-in orders until other workers came back. THEN there was three missing items from my order that I had to specifically request. I will be leaving a poor review if I am not compensated, and I will NEVER return to this location again. read more

I'm generally very understanding, but this is the worst Taco Bell I've been to. You order nachos, they plop it into a make shift bowl, no silverware, no sauce even though you ask (I should've checked before I left). Missing items, poor unfriendly service. I mean, this location really needs to hire better management and get it figured out. Fast food doesn't have to be rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. read more

They consistently struggle even when it is always busy. It never takes less than 30 minutes for a small order.

the food is ALWAYS wrong and always overcooked or just thrown into the bag. not one have i had a good experience at the taco bell. the employees are rude most of the time and do not give good service. go to literally any of the other taco bell's please read more

Service was okay. We were very rushed, speakers in the drive through didn't work well. I asked for 10 supreme doritos tacos and only got 8. Plus some of my tacos weren't supreme. read more

I never make reviews ever. But oh my fucking God I had the worst experience tonight. For starters, we pull up to the order intercom and the girl takes about half of our order and then just goes completely silent for a good five minutes. so me and my brother are just sitting in our car waiting in there some rude ass lil dude gonna come on and start giving us an attitude asking us what else we were in laughing at us because my brother ordered his drinks yet. like is that not your job to ask? Then we pull up to the window and the guy at the window who also took our order which was a grown ass dude with tattoos, dreads and glasses I think. ANDDDD he refused to hand us our food and had the other guy do it. I see why yo ass work where tf you do bum ass mf. Not to mention the food was fucking ass, literally just nun to it. I personally work in fast food so I get it, but there is no excuse for how we were treated tonight. That was fucking ridiculous. read more

Theres been a couple nights where they've been strictly only excepting cash. I asked around and was told they've been doing it not to work as much in hopes people drive away since many people don't carry cash. read more

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. I posted a mobile order at around 1am as they are open until 2. We arrived and went through the drive through, and when we got to the window they told me they just went through a rush, they were out of food, and then couldn't refund me and I would have to argue with there customer service. Do not go here, it is a scam. I'm devastated and hungry. read more

Food is usually always fine, but I had an online order and go to the drive thru and before I can say anything the person goes "Sorry we only have the crunchwrap, crunchy taco, and soft taco, (or something like that, they only could serve three items off the whole menu for some reason), what do you want" which I was kind of taken aback with the "what do you want" so I asked about my online order and she goes "Thats going to be cancelled so which one do you want" and I just drove off cause WTF?? I work in fast food currently too so I know it can be hard to deal with things like shortages especially since we do not get paid a lot but I feel like that attitude was not necessary especially since I barely said anything. Just kind of annoying and way worse service than usual. read more

Don't bother, they can't even get simple orders correct. It takes forever to get your order (understandable because of current labor shortage and the pandemic) and when you do it's wrong. When you call they say come on back it will be free but who wants wait an hour in the drive through?!? read more

This Taco Bell is always sub-par. I popped into the drive through line to get a dollar menu burrito and a drink my total was less than 5 dollars. I sat there for 15 minutes, waiting in line. Unfortunately I couldn't leave due to the curb and landscaping they have next to the drive through line. Why don't they make people with large orders pull up or to the side so they can assist others with smaller orders. When I finally got to the window, the lady dropped my bag then handed it to me with the worst attitude she could have. Food was stone cold and not good. And they had multiple workers just standing around inside talking and not doing a thing. But yet these people want $15 an hour huh??? Give me $15 an hour work and you can have that. But until then this place gets a 1 star. Would be zero if I could. If you go here be prepared to wait a long time for cold food. read more

Waited 33 min from time of order to getting good. If I could have given no stars, I would have. We received 11 of our 13 items. One team member had in their AirPods and clearly didn't care about customer service. The guy at the window ask us what we ordered. It seemed as though no one knew that they were actually working at a fast food establishment. Absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant. read more

I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes to get my order, got a bag that I thought was my order, went home to find out it was NOT my order, and then went back to fine the lobby doors locked at 8:20 pm. I called the number on my receipt and told them the situation. The woman I spoke to said I had to wait in the drive thru line or I had to come back tomorrow! Are you kidding me?!!!!!! What has this world come to?!!!!!!!!! read more

Horrible service waited and drive their line for half an hour and then they act like they're doing you a favor

Jaelyn and William I really really hope you guys see this because I went to Taco Bell tonight and you guys were there and y'all are the best. Prob best Taco Bell visit I've had in Columbia in the last few years. Every time I go there the workers are extremely rude but jaelyn and William were great. They should deserve a raise read more

Why in the world is it that all the Taco Bell's in this town are one star?? In Los Angeles they are 5 star. Very sad for such simple food. Just ordered the $5.00 cravings box and then paid $2.49 for some nacho fries. Everything was ice cold...not even warm! As I drove away from the drive thru, I reached into the bag for a fry and they were seriously cold...and it was noon time. You would think they would be made fresh and warm at lunch time. Since it was cold I only ate one and decided to heat them up when I got home. To my surprise, not only was it cold, but it was only half a container full. For $2.49!!! The chalupa taco was tough...and cold. The girl at the drive through window was very nice....that was the best part of this experience. The worst part is this Taco Bell and the Providence location....they don't care that the food they sell us sucks!! I've gone back a few times and nothing changes. If you want to rip your money up and through it out the window...go to Taco Bell. read more

We waited in line for 45 minutes and when we got up to the speaker the person said nothing even after we asked if this was the place to order. I seriously need to stop coming to this location... waited about 8 minutes for two tacos two tostados and a burrito. As I got to the drive through the worker who took my order told me their was no beer left so I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas. Everyone in front of me ordered something with beef and it took me almost 40 mins to get my chicken quesadillas. As I pull up to the window I asked if I was able to add on a single five layer burrito. The guy who took my card told me that would be alright so he asked for a single burrito add on. After that I had 3 other works come to me to the window and rudely asked "what's wrong with your order" I told them there was nothing wrong I just wanted to add on a burrito for waiting super long. The worker who wears a gold grill for his teeth told me, "you gotta go back around with your big a** forehead." I'm a hockey player for the University of Mizzou and we always have supported Taco Bell for being a lil post game snack with the boys. After tonight... I will be no longer giving Taco Bell my business. read more

Taco Bell - I literally had to microwave these - Fast Food Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

I gotta say, whoever was cooking tonight did a great job! To put it frankly, this food fucking slapped! I don't think I've ever seen a spicy potato soft taco with obvious grill marks before. Like the amount of effort that went into my food was probably the BEST I've ever seen from this Taco Bell. Whoever is cooking tonight NEEDS A RAISE. Also the lady at the window was very nice too! They also gave me plenty of hot sauce which NEVER happens. Definitely what I needed after a night of protesting. A+ work my friend. (Although 4 stars overall because you definitely don't always meet these standards.) They WORKED. read more

Worst Taco Bell in Columbia mo. Waited 15 minutes to order while the employees kept telling me they were going to help me. Food was so poorly put together read more

This is the most nasty Taco Bell I have ever been to. I tipped 10 dollars and they still got my order wrong. On top of that we're disrespectful! Nobody tips at Taco Bell's. So what's the problem? If I get sick over this bullshit food. You will be getting a call from my lawyer. Point blank period. Worst place I have ever got food from. Everything is cold and nasty. I would never eat here again. read more

Never been more disrespected I. My life. Not only was I threatened but I was also harassed. Not a place I would feel safe visiting again

I just got the worst service at the Taco Bell located @508 E Nifong Blvd, Columbia, MO 65201 Today around 2pm, I ordered a #4- Mexican pizza with two soft tacos, and when I came up to the window the black lady must have been new cause she handed my drink without telling me my total, then started to hand me my food without asking for my payment which I had my cash in my hand, I just figured she was doing the process differently which I didn't think it was my job to question her method, then she quickly withdrew my bag of food saying I was trying to steal it, she said that then took my bag of food and slammed it into the counter destroying my Mexican pizza and two soft tacos, both of them where blown out at both ends. She kept saying that I was a snake in the grass trying to rip her off, telling a co-worker that I was trying to get free food and her coworker agreed with her saying you have to watch them cause they will steal it right away. She kept on calling me names, then looked right at me while wadding up my receipt and throwing it away telling me "Have a nice day". I've never been treated so poorly for someone else's mistake in my life, plus she didn't give me any plastic silverware so then i had to eat a mess! Gravely disappointed in this woman's piss poor service. Either her manager failed to train her or she just didn't care. Just a heads up, FYI. read more

Possibly the worst Taco Bell in the entire company. For some odd reason, they are extremely averse to providing taco sauce for their tacos. You must request it, and even then it is still a crap shoot whether or not you will receive any. A word of advice: always check your bag before driving off. Who eats Taco Bell tacos without sauce? How cheap are they, anyhow? If sauce is so expensive, they should raise the prices of their food, I'd think. Just think of the money that could be saved if they refrained from providing ice in their drinks or wrappers for their food! And really, why would we need our purchases put into sacks, when we could just hold our orders in our laps until we got home? Cost cutting measures like this could really put this location's profitability over the top! read more

The food was good, when they finally got my order right. It wasn't the cashiers fault for messing up, she was in training and didn't have anyone to help her. The manager, Brandon, was very disrespectful to her and me. I then asked the shift manager what his name was and she asked me why. I simply told her that he was a dousche bag. She later came to the table and asked me why I say that. I told her what happened and she told my boyfriend and I that he is the manager and he can talk to his employees how ever he pleases. I will never go back to this Taco Bell. I'm glad Columbia has 5 of them. read more
