The hibiscus Agua Fresca was a nice touch too. Light, refreshing, and not too sweet. All in all, Fiesta Tapatia was a solid choice. Not the best Tex-Mex I ever had, but it was a cozy spot, jad friendly staff, and way better than I expected from a small-town Mexican restaurant. I'm glad I got to experience this with my cousins.
