Getting handmade, fresh tortillas is a rare sight these days, but when you bite into one you can instantly taste the difference. The meat was tender and juicy and they did not skimp on the cilantro, appreciated that immensely. The green and red sauce are a must. I wanted to try some more flavors so after j finished, I ordered a Pollo (chicken), Carnita (Pork), and another Al Pastor since it was so good the last time. Can't stress enough how favorful and savory every bite was. I plan on trying everything on the menu before my stay is finished, so if I'm able, I will edit this post with my experiences.
