Drive through is pathetic and worst customer service. Came to the drive through on a Saturday night around 815p. Ordering via the drive through was okay but that is where the pleasant experience ended. Took over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take the money then over 10-12 minutes for our food. The drive through backup was getting worse and worse as well. Three workers were inside all looking lost and not doing anything. Our food finally was ready but received no apology for the long wait time, let alone acknowledging the wait time. Just handed the bag of food and that was it. K, bye? Lord have mercy, hopefully the food orders are right. read more

We love Taco Bell! The hours are great and service was pretty quick. A great place to drive through, as not a lot of other fast food places are open that late. Staff was very friendly and I would go back again. read more

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL . Started out at the drive through. Waited for at least 10 minutes, the car in front of me never moved. Went inside, and no one would take my order. Had to use the kiosk. Rude treatment, I suspect because I am WHITE. Took my money without even a thank you. Packaging of my food was so careless it leaked all through the bottom of the bag and broke through when I set it on my desk. What a mess. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN read more

Original delivery order I placed was missing one item, so I spoke with the manager (Monique I believe was her name) the night of and she told me to come back whenever was convenient for me to get the missing item at a later date. Swing by today, the girl I dealt with was super nice and even threw in a freebie for the inconvenience. Great customer service, thank you for making it right!! read more

I went inside and there was cockroaches in the kitchen and some in the seating areas. I talked to a worker to order my food per usual and they gave me the worst attitude i had ever experienced in my entire life. The food? Raw. The seasoning? Gone. The tortillas? Burnt. The drinks? Like an ice cube, undrinkable. And to top it all off the result? Explosive diarrhea. Will never return. Thank you. read more

Honestly! I barely eat fast food as is, but this is great. One of the best things was the service. The manager here had a great energy, was personable, fun and inviting. Overall a great experience! read more

If I could rate lower I would. I Usually avoid this Taco Bell because I know how they prepare their food with no meat whatsoever. Today I was really feeling Taco Bell this may be the last time I ever crave Taco Bell because they proved to me that it is a waist of time and money. Got a Crunchwrap and and I swear they must have put some lettuce, that flat hard shell, and nothing else. You can imagine my disappointment when biting into it. I don't know why I even ordered that. I should have known. I can't remember the last time I got a Crunchwrap that actually had enough meat and cheese. etc. Tried calling twice to ask if this is how they are told to make Crunchwraps. Their phones were busy and sounded like a fax machine in my ear. Almost like the old AOL sounds when logging in. I have to say though that whoever took my order was great. Just the cooks or whomever trained them. I blame the suits because scrimping on the meat seems standard at every Taco Bell. read more

Service was horrible. Literally just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru line and I was the 2nd person in line. Will never go there again.

This Taco Bell provides nothing but weird experiences. The parking lot and drive thru are poorly lit and they don't allow you to use the drive thru at night? Very weird. I recommend driving 5 more minutes to the other one on Opdyke. read more

This is quite literally the worst Taco Bell in existence. Every time you go, they are closed/only accepting mobile orders. Doesn't even matter what time of day or night read more

For the 3rd time in 3 weeks tried to go inside to order, well after their posted sign stated they were open. Lobby was closed and only drive through open. Worker stared at me while I was looking through the window. It was not busy at all and wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. read more

It's almost 3 AM. Over two days of plowing snow non-stop. All I want is a couple tacos. I pull in, drive-thru Open light is lit up. I can see employees buzzing around. The menus are lit up. The store is lit up. I'm excited. No go. "Sorry we are closed". What a disappointment. If everything was off my let down would have not been so bad and now I'm hungry. Thank you Taco Bell. Just turn off your light. read more

Just stopped by this morning at about 9:15. Waited a while at the drive thru for someone to take my order. Nobody responded so I drove up to the main window. A woman inside came over and told me that they 'got a late start this morning' so they were technically still closed but would be open in 10 minutes. I left to get gas, came back about 15 minutes later to a line at the drive thru. I thought they were taking orders, but when it was time for the car in front of me to order I was able to hear a man over the speaker say that they were still closed. Unbelievable, but not the first time this location has done this during the AM hours. I've come through at 6:30 when they're supposed to be open (opening time found via the Taco Bell site) and it's been closed. I suggest maybe someone higher up fire everyone and hire new people who aren't lazy and actually show up to do their job. read more

Worst Taco Bell in the area. Staff is lazy and ghetto as could be. And they still have indoor seating locked to public.

"Hi I am allergic to dairy so I can't have any cheese, can I just get 5 regular hard tacos with no cheese" she proceeds to read that back to me then hand me 5 Doritos loco tacos with just meet and cheese... wtf is wrong with people read more

Don't go here. Awful service, bad food. I just got back home with my food from the drive through. First I asked for EXTRA chicken in my bowl, and there was literally like 4 pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. When I got up to the window they told me "they were out of ones" and weren't able to give me my correct change back... didn't offer to give it to me in coins, or offer me a free item for not giving me my money back. Then they handed me the wrong order, so I had to get the correct one. When I got home my food was literally ice cold. Like what the actual fuck? Taco bell, I'd like my money back. Please and thank you. read more

Rude staff. Smart with customers. Just terrible and infuriating etiquette. Don't want anyone fired but the management team needs to fix the culture of this establishment.Didn't get my receipt either and the drive thru girl was pretty nasty with my entire experience read more

This Taco Bell is terrible. I made an online order, because Taco Bell tends to mess up my orders if I order through the drive through, I paid online too. I pull up to the drive through and it takes the person a few minutes to acknowledge I'm here then the guy says hi what can I get for you and I say I had an online order and he snaps we're closed. I am very angry because it was only 6pm online it says it closes at 7 which is still early and I paid for food I did not receive. read more

This taco bell is horrible. Every time I get a chalupa, the shell is soft and cold, and everything just tastes undercooked or otherwise gross. I got a free big box from here - they gave me the wrong order and I went back in to get the right one - and I barely ate any of it, even the food I ordered, because everything made me wanna spit it back up. Theres another Taco Bell right down the street and its worth the extra mile because this one hardly even sells food. read more

This location not only is the slowest, service wise, but customer service is awful and the last three times we visited, it was closed. Early. Like, two hours early. On a Friday. I'm sorry, but if you have posted hours, you are open until that time. I hate this location. The one at Crooks and M59 blows this one out of the water. read more

This is a place on Opdyke that has been around a while and mainly serves mexican food. The difference here is that you don't have to wait too long to get your food. My favorite is the chicken burrito meal deal that comes with chips and a soda. At just over $2 you really can't beat that. read more

It's a Taco Bell.....Every time I go to a fast food restaurant I'm reminded why the worker's don't deserve the higher pay they think they deserve. They constantly screw up the orders, the quality of the food is often below average even for a taco bell and freshness is not a word in the companies vocabulary. The food is cheap and plentiful and that's about it. read more

This location is great but cannot get the order right. I go home then find out I'm missing stuff I have paid for. Shame on u

We visited this Taco Bell location tonight. The gentleman taking our order, Jaden, did an excellent job making our night great with prompt service, a friendly smile, and making sure we were taken care of. We were from out of town (Illinois) and experienced the utmost service from him as a Team Member! Awesome job, Jaden! Thank you for taking care of us! We appreciate your willingness to go above and beyond! read more

This location will not get an order after 11pm correct. Stopped for a naked chicken chalupa tonight. They were too lazy to make one so the manager came on the microphone and told me the promotion was over and they have ran out of the product. Don't waste your time going to this place. read more

I come to this location purely because it's right outside of my job. So when I'm hungry at 11 when I get off, I want something quick. Well I'm currently waiting in the drive through. It's been 40 min and I still haven't even ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. I could have gone to a restaurant, sat down, and could be eating during this time frame. read more
