Drive through is pathetic and worst customer service. Came to the drive through on a Saturday night around 815p. Ordering via the drive through was okay but that is where the pleasant experience ended. Took over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take the money then over 10-12 minutes for our food. The drive through backup was getting worse and worse as well. Three workers were inside all looking lost and not doing anything. Our food finally was ready but received no apology for the long wait time, let alone acknowledging the wait time. Just handed the bag of food and that was it. K, bye? Just stopped by this morning at about 9:15. Waited a while at the drive thru for someone to take my order. Nobody responded so I drove up to the main window. A woman inside came over and told me that they 'got a late start this morning' so they were technically still closed but would be open in 10 minutes. I left to get gas, came back about 15 minutes later to a line at the drive thru. I thought they were taking orders, but when it was time for the car in front of me to order I was able to hear a man over the speaker say that they were still closed. Unbelievable, but not the first time this location has done this during the AM hours. I've come through at 6:30 when they're supposed to be open (opening time found via the Taco Bell site) and it's been closed. I suggest maybe someone higher up fire everyone and hire new people who aren't lazy and actually show up to do their job. read more

First I asked for EXTRA chicken in my bowl, and there was literally like 4 pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. This is a place on Opdyke that has been around a while and mainly serves mexican food. The difference here is that you don't have to wait too long to get your food. My favorite is the chicken burrito meal deal that comes with chips and a soda. At just over $2 you really can't beat that. read more
