We wanted to come early to try their breakfast, but we went and saw they don't open until 11 am. So, we went somewhere else for breakfast. I think this is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Allendale because the owners are so energetic and friendly. The food always comes out hot. They take pride in their work.

Before I even realized I wanted another drink, Ruth had already appeared beside the table like some kind of benevolent taco guardian. I blinked once and the salsa was refilled. I blinked twice and somehow my life had direction again. The food? Incredible. But honestly, I would've eaten drywall if Ruth recommended it. That's the level of trust she inspired. Scientists should study her efficiency. NASA should recruit her. The Olympics need a "Hospitality Decathlon" because she'd retire undefeated. I am writing to report a highly disappointing experience at your Allendale location. After ordering a meal with extra cheese (which I paid for), I discovered the order was incorrect. Upon going inside to request a remake, I was met with hostility. A manager falsely claimed she watched a female employee prepare my food with "four pumps" of cheese, even though I witnessed a male employee remake it. When I asked for a side of cheese to resolve the issue, the manager was incredibly rude. To make matters worse, my friend overheard staff mocking me as she entered the store. The food I eventually received was cold, poorly wrapped, and inedible. I ultimately had to go to my local Taco Bell, where the staff kindly remade my order for free after hearing how I was treated. read more

Allendale Taco Bell is certainly an above average Taco Bell chain! The food I have is constantly well made, so I rarely have issues with quality. The service is impressive for a fast food restaurant since the employees seem to really check if everything was right with your order. It is also clear that the employees have fun with their job which helps with the environment of the location. Daisy is always super funny in the drive through but also makes sure my food is correct every time! Lexxy the store manager is very kind and attentive to the guests. read more
