food is usually pretty good but this is one of the slowest "fast" food places i've ever been to. i ordered a $6 luxe box with no customization with 5 cars in front of me and was waiting in line for over 25 minutes, food was cold by time i received it. service was slow and employee was rude when finally handing me my food read more

Not just your average Taco Bell, they also put up with like all of GV's munchies. They don't close until 2am and the line is always still out to Lake Mich on the weekends at that time. The food is always good and the staff are brave. In the two years my friends and I have been going, we have yet to have an order wrong. read more

I went to this restaurant, it was ok. It wasn't the best Taco Bell ever but it was actually decent. I got 3 tacos locos the Doritos, and they were packed with greens (I don't like greens) and not a lot of meat, but it was still lowkey bussin no cap. Out of 10 I would give it a 6. read more

Taco Bell - This was me after the Bean Burrito - Fast Food Near Me - Allendale, Michigan

Hello, my name is Kaya and I just want to say that the service here is horrible. The bathroom stinks . The floors were dirty and my food had a stale after taste. While I was there it toke the workers way to long to make my meal and while I was waiting in line they served people that ordered after me first. The toilet seats were unsanitary. Would not recommend and would like to see improvement in the future. read more

Me and my boyfriend ordered at 11:00pm. we didn't get our food till 11:40. (We got three things). Everyone was mopping and cleaning but actually not making food. When we got our order finally we ask for extra sauce because they forgot and one of the workers was extremely rude. Especially since we just waited 40 mins for our food and stayed as kind as possible understanding they could be understaffed. It seems that they just put more annoyed to do their jobs than actually being too busy to complete orders. read more

I got a Baja blast and a delux cravings box from Taco Bell and they give me a cup with ice and just a little Baja blast, mind you the delux cravings BOX did not even come in a box. Worst Taco Bell on the face of the earth they should be ashamed of the brat and LEAVE and go back to Mexico read more

Best Taco Bell they always get my order perfect and are nice in the drive through. Always give it plenty of sauce too

Talk about waiting 30 min for you meal watched multiple people leave with out ordering and are food was dog I would of had a better time eating slop with the pigs read more

This man was so mad for no reason, I said I have multiple orders and after the first order he said "SECOND ORDER" muffled asf.

I ordered a large baja blast, when I got to the window she went to hand me a Baja blast freeze, in which I told her I meant the pop. She then told me it was my fault for not specifying which drink I wanted like it was my fault. Then after I left I noticed I received a Crunchwrap when I ordered a chalupa but I figured it would be "my fault" again and so I just let it be. read more

Worst service at a Taco Bell I've ever had! I have ordered 4 times now and every single time my order was either missing items, broken items or food Was made wrong. They run out of product constantly. They offered to send me a gift card in the mail the last time and I still never received it and it's been over 3 weeks now. Just don't bother...drive to Standale and get better service, nicer staff and better food! read more

Justin S was my cashier and was just so sweet and cheerful I felt I needed to write a review! My order was made and given to me promptly and was well made, nice and neat which is generally not expected from fast food services. So I'm very pleased with my experience today at this Taco Bell! read more

They don't know how to make a quesarito. I've had the wrong thing 5+ times. I keep trying in hopes that they will get it right one of these times but i'm always disappointed. It seems like it's not just this taco bell though but most taco bell's in general have forgotten how to make them bummer because it's my favorite thing. read more

Jess L at the drive through was so beyond funny and friendly. She made me laugh and was so incredibly kind. I can tell she loves her job.

The lady who took our order was nice enough I guess but there were multiple issues with our order. First off, I ask for extra cheddar cheese on my triple nachos and there was less than normal( which I still had to pay extra for). Second I had to pay for a second side of sour cream and the cup barely had any sour cream in it. Then to top it off it comes to find out that the drink we got with our meal deal box was diet Pepsi and not normal. (Which it was supposed to be) With that being said I am not supposed to consume any type of artificial sugars for health reasons, so thanks Taco Bell. Definitely will be driving the extra 15 mins to the Taco Bell in Standale. read more

Refused to give me my prepaid online order in the lobby and forced me to cancel it. Completely rude for no reason, I was being completely respectful. It's sad I come to this place all the time, their food quality and service has consistently declined in the past 3 years. read more

Forgot 2/6 of the items. They were made poorly. Tasted like sht compared to back home. An item was just loose in the bag. Line took way to long to get through. Don't go here. Even Arbys is better than this hellhole now. read more

I am NOT having a Baja blast because YALL are closed. What a shame. Where do I get a Doritos locos time without taco bell? Nowhere? Shameful. I pity YALL. read more

food was not made right at all, forgot all my sauces like if you're gonna make shitty food at least give me sauce to drown out that awful stuff you can't food, i don't usually run into issues with TB but this place location in specific is a waste of time and a waste of money, i will not be back. read more

very bad customer service. Gave me the wrong drink and did not do anything about it, quesadillas not cooked, and drinks were slammed at us at the counter. Didn't show anything but respect don't know what we did to receive this kind of service read more

Food is always old. Make sure to check your food before you leave I have only received the right items on one occasion. Asked them to remake some of my food last time and new food I got was just as old and nasty. read more

They are so ridiculously sweet! They save you money by putting things in combo and they are so nice about everything! 10/10 would recommend. They gave us an extra taco because they accidentally made 4 instead of 3 so we got it for free! I love this place!! read more

Food was good but customer service was poor. I ordered, paid, and was waiting for my order. A lady walked in and started to order, then she started hollering for a girl who was working in the back. A blue haired girl came to the counter and they happily greeted and chatted. The lady finished and paid for her order. I'm standing there waiting for my order as she sat down in the lobby. I then see the blue haired girl bring her the food she ordered to her table. I'm still standing and waiting for my order..... About 5 minutes later she handed over my food on a tray and said, "sorry about your wait." Food was hot, tasty, and good quality. Customer service, well, I won't be going back again. read more

Their food is pretty ok. The mediocre Taco Bell quality you come to expect. This Taco Bell gives you additional 'tude with your order though. They always look like they're closed and their hours are wrong online. I have no idea when they actually close because I'll get here at 9:30 some nights and nobody answers. 10:30 on others and they answer immediately. I delayed ordering on the app once because i didn't want to get my money stolen should they be closed. When we told the person at the drive through we were finishing up an online order, the person taking our order said "ok". However, another employee jumped in and yelled "you need to finish your order before you get here next time". We just left because of the tone of her voice. There was literally nobody else there. This is why this store always loses in customer satisfaction to the other Taco Bell on Lake Michigan. read more

It's bonkers how fucking packed the drive thru can get between 12AM and 4AM. All the drunk and high college students need their fix though, you feel me? They've only fucked my order up once though which is pretty clutch. Come thru it's lit read more

Usually had good service at this Taco Bell. Before today Taco Bell was my favorite fast food stop until I found a HAIR in my cheesy Gordita crunch. When I called the guy would not take responsibility and did not care even though he is a manager. Forget cdc guidelines and everyone wearing masks because they are dropping hair in the food. I am still gagging as I'm typing. read more

well well well here we are... i didn't want to do this... but you have put me through so much trauma it's unreal. First the lady at the register asked me to give her a review online when she just TOOK MY ORDER not even asked how my day was.. Pathetic. SECOND i get my typical quesadilla (cheese, sour cream, no jalapeño sauce, add lettuce.) everything seems to be on it but guess what team the CHEESE WASNT EVEN MELTED AMD NEITHER WAS MY FRIENDS WHO GOT A CHEESE QUESADILLA!!! I politely ask if they can melt it more :)) and the tb worker stares into the distance and then slowly turns around and says "i'm sorry that's not possible out melting machine thing is down we're waiting on an emergency one" i say oh okay thank you but i wish i had a warning before ordering. TWO SECONDS LATER MY OTHER FRIEND GETS A QUESADILLA SHE SAYS "can you melt my quesadilla" the lady says yes well done and then guess what... her quesadilla was melted... EXPLAIN. THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL. read more

This location was apparently just a meeting place for quite a few corporate higher-ups. I walked through the doors and was met by approximately 8 people and none of them had a mask on. Their workers have to wear a mask and corporate is ignoring the order and customer safety? I had to nearly brush past these people to get into the restaurant. This is ridiculous, who wants to eat there after knowing all these people just got done contaminating the place? read more

So Taco Bell is literally so rude. All I have to say is I was in line to get Taco Bell and they really turned off all the lights and didn't take my order before 2am. They should not advertise that they are open until 2am if that isn't the case. We were in line for probably 15-20 minutes and they couldn't care less. I really don't understand how they could really say they're open "late" and then do the opposite. I want a refund or something this so upsetting. I just want a Crunchwrap supreme. read more

The workers are super kind and helpful! The food was great and came out SUPER FAST! Highly recommend this Taco Bell :)

Very polite workers! Fast service and my order was correct first try :) Welcomed with a wave and smile, left happy

If I could give this store a ZERO I would. I use to go to this store 3 or 4 times a week, and as a business owner in Allendale & Coopersville I was appalled by the way I was treated by the staff there tonight. I used the drive through, and ordered. The man was friendly that took my order, and I went to the first window; which was shut and the girl was on her cell phone, so I went to the net window. The man came to the window and said, "You need to pay at the first window." I replied, I am sorry, but the window was closed. I only saw a woman on her phone who looked at me, but didn't do anything else." He shrugged his shoulders as I tried to hand my card. Instead of apologizing for his staff (I am assuming he was a Manager) he just shrugged. Now, if this was MY store I would not have even told the customer he should of paid. I would of taken their card. I have seen this young man in the drive through 15 to 20 times in the last few months. Yet, now, he just shrugs his shoulders. So, I just said, "never mind." His reply..."Cya!" Where did customer service go? If any of my staff did anything like this...especially in a time when I want to make MY CUSTOMERS as happy as I can...I would fire them on the spot. I know I should be angry with the girl on the cell phone with the window shut who should of taken my card, but I am not. Hey, I know how kids are attached to their phones and she probably was waiting for me and did not see me come up. But, this young man WHO KNOWS ME as a good customer scolds me and says "Cya"....Taco Bell...you REALLY lost a customer. I keep track of what I spend at each restaurant or my bills. I spent at your store alone over $5489.12 cents last year alone. Buying gift cards for my staff, and gift cards as giveaways for my customers,. and food for me and my family. Not sure if this is a franchise or not, but, if it is owned by a local person, or company they should know this happened. Look, I know kids will be kids, but this was not acceptable. read more
