We came midday on a Saturday and the line was pretty short, but the wait was about 30 mins until we got our food - which isn't that long as it was the brunch rush and they seemed to be serving a lot of online orders as well. Unfortunately the food didn't live up to the hype. We got the "mix" for five tacos and a bean and cheese quesadilla. The tacos were hard to distinguish between each other, the al pastor meat wasn't very flavorful, and the mushroom tacos were very oily. The bean and cheese quesadilla was great however, the refried beans reminded me of home in SoCal, just like the fried tortillas in taquerias. Unfortunately my very first bite into a taco contained some plastic piece - but that happens, it's not the worst thing - my rating is primarily based on the tacos.

Use about 1/4 of the salt you use at the moment. 2. Switch to the tried and tested burrito production line allowing you to choose what goes in your burrito. 3. Place bottles of chilli sauce around the tables. 4. Increase the volume on the radio by 10% to try and generate a bit more atmosphere. 5. Burritos are not supposed to have sweetcorn in them (even if I like the addition)! Great potential let down by sloppy execution.
