I shouldn't have wasted my time and just emailed Jim right from the start. He was immediately responsive. Through a series of emails over the course of a week, he offered a couple of options at different price points. I should mention that I was trying to arrange our trip for peak season and was a bit late for booking travel at that time. Unfortunately, our trip was cancelled due to the pandemic. But Jim came through again, helping us to obtain a refund. Through all our interactions, Jim was helpful, informative and pleasant. Perhaps most impressively, he always responded promptly -- I think always within 24 hours. I highly recommend Amazon Adventures and will contact Jim again when we are able to travel once more.

Two were for fun and one for business…read more Even though they were small trips that didn't involve a cruise, they were very helpful with everything including the hotel, rental cars and even a list of kid friendly activities once we arrived at our destination. They even told me when it might be cheaper for me to book something on my own. I will not travel anywhere without first making a call to Cruise Planners. Hopefully, we can book a real cruise with them before long.

He does not give any suggestions, doesn't go out of his way to help, never hear from him, don't even know if I'm gonna get cruise tickets before I sail. Very, very disappointed. His reviews must have been done by friends or himself. My other agent got us upgraded rooms, info on best excursions, delivered our tickets with a care package, gave us wonderful tips and advice. I could kick myself for using this guy!!!!!
